Yuri muttered the word through her gritted teeth as she stomped out of her soon-to-be-ex-boyfriend’s house, not forgetting to leave him a good red mark on his cheek.

“I’ve had enough of his crap for too long!”

After inserting the car key into the ignition, Yuri propelled her white N420 away into the cold night, strong surge of winds brushing past her tear-stained cheeks.

And Yuri couldn’t remember the last time she had felt herself so weak like she was at the moment.

Im Yoona knew she had made a right decision in advising her friends not to go on blind dates the moment she met Minho – her first and also last blind date. The brunette was determined to get rid of the guy the moment they stepped out of the bar, ready to part their ways home.

“Oh and did I tell you about my Lexus? A lot of girls have dated me to get their hands on the doorknob and…”

All which was transmitted to Yoona’s ears was car blah blah doorknob blah blah. She couldn’t have cared less if tons of girl have fallen for this guy and Yoona was sure of one thing: She ain’t one of them. Yoona needed someone who can offer her comfort and reassurance after coming back from work at late night. And Minho was sure making his way on topping the Im Yoona's stay-away-from list, together with other self-centered boys who thought they could buy Yoona's heart with money and high social status.

Seriously Jessica? You claim to be my cousin and you set me up on blind date with this guy? He’s nothing but a dumbhead and bragger! Yoona silently cursed to herself as Minho continued his talk about his beloved Lexus.

“…and with that, my chauffer cleaned my car with diligence that one could only find at the Choi’s family.” Minho finished his “speech” proudly, not noticing the snickering directed at him from the passer-bys walking behind them.

And the impatient Yoona wondered how much ice cream bars would she have devoured if given the amount of time Minho has had to finish his “speech”.

“Thank you for accompanying me tonight but I don’t think you and me are going to work out.” Yoona cut him off. She knew whatever that she was about to say to the rich guy was not going to sound nice at all.

“You’re way too different from what I had imagined you to be when my cousin described you on the phone to me. She said you’re not anywhere like particular rich boys who prioritize his car over his girlfriend but guess what? Pardon me for this, you are the exact opposite of what she had told me. All you did back in the barstool was showing off your watch, your shoes, your hair, etc. Really Minho? Not even one single guy in their right mind would use a hair curler to curl up their hair tips thinking they will look ier if they did. If you want to show off yourself, go find someone who cares, cuz I don’t.  Now let me through.”

Yoona walked past the dumbfounded Minho as the guy stood there, mouth gaping in utter surprise.
