Kihyun looked at his surroundings, white tents, white and red roses, candles, decorated the place.   He took a deep breath and looked at the person stood beside him with grateful smile and watery eyes too moved to say anything at that moment “Hyung…” Kihyun finally let out the first word “I love you” the person beside him took Kihyun’s hand to his lips and kissed it gently

“Anything for you” the person said and Kihyun swore he never felt this kind of emotion before, he felt so loved, really loved and his eyes reluctantly left they guy’s gaze to scan the space one more time. Just like what he had been dreaming of. The decoration, the food

“Yo Kihyun! Hyunwoo! Happy anniversary!” Kihyun smiled gratefully at his friends who appeared out of nowhere, “thank you for coming” Kihyun replied with a smile, even the guests…

“My kihyunnie baby, happy anniversary” Kihyun was surprised when he saw his mother

“Eomma!” Kihyun said and hugged his mother back

“Thank you for coming” Hyunwoo bowed to Kihyun’s mother before he gave her a hug as well

“Well who am I going to miss 10th year anniversary of my Son and my favourite son in law” Kihyun’s mother wink

“I miss you” Kihyun said out of nowhere which brought tears to his mother’s eyes but his mother pretended to be strong and just smiled at him

“I miss you too Kihyunnie, especially my grandchildren, where are they?” Just like a cue a 7 years old boy seen running to their side

“Grandma!!!” The 7 years old boy screamed in delighted manner

“Minhyukkie, how are you baby?” 

“I’m good I have a lot of stories to tell you where shall we start?” Minhyuk jumping in excitement

“No! Grandma have to listen to my story first!” Kihyun and Hyunwoo’s 4 years old son, Jooheon suddenly appeared 

“It’s ok boys, I have a lot of time, let’s go find a seat and I can listen to both of your story, one by one ok?” Kihyun’s mother smiled when Jooheon and Minhyuk nodded and dragged her out from their parents

“Behave ok boys?” Kihyun said before his kids left their side “They didn’t even say hi to me” Kihyun said after he watched his kids left from his sight

“It’s been a long time since they have seen their grandma, they must be excited” Hyunwoo chuckle with his arm never left Kihyun’s waist just to show others that Kihyun is his

“Well, I haven’t seen her for so long also” Kihyun pouted

“You will have time to talk to her, she will stay with us for one week” Hyunwoo winked at Kihyun and the latter couldn’t hide his excitement “Thank you hyung” Kihyun said before he gave a hug to Hyunwoo “Again, anything for you”

Earlier in the morning….

It was their anniversary day, Kihyun didn’t prepare anything for that day, he wanted to but his works and his kids prevented him to do so. He had to take care of his kids, making sure they did  their homeworks, having nutritious meal 3 times a day, not fighting, watching Hoseok’s football match, making sure Hyungwon awake in the morning for his school, on top of that he still need to take care of his things in the office, Hyunwoo had offered him several times whether he wanted to give up on his job and just focus on his kids but the answer so far remained ‘No I still can handle it’ until few weeks ago when his job demands increased and his kids weren’t make it easier with exams coming soon and Hoseok hurt his knee when he was playing soccer. He barely had time to take care of himself, he went into a depressed-Kihyun mode, he couldn’t find the joy in anything he did, he cried silently in the night with Hyunwoo hugging him to sleep because his husband knew even though he asked Kihyun why the younger wouldn’t say anything about it until he felt like so. Hyunwoo felt useless but Kihyun told him he was ok, he would be ok soon once everything back to its place and Hyunwoo told him he would always support him no matter what he did and Kihyun shouldn’t hide his frustration especially when they had been together for so long. 

Kihyun was about to start his usual morning when he noticed the house felt so empty, no noise from his kids and he was surprised when none of them were in their room where Kihyun was very sure they were sleeping there last night

“Hyung?” Kihyun called for his husband and the latter nowhere to be found too, with anxiety creeping fast to his mind Kihyun ran around the house hoping he would find one of them sound and safe in their home but the house was empty. Kihyun took his phone making sure he woke up on the usual timing where the kids and his husband normally still asleep and found few messages on his phone from Hyunwoo

“Hi baby, the kids are with me” as if Hyunwoo knew Kihyun so well he attached a picture of his kids sleeping on the same bed and from Kihyun’s instinct the place looked like a hotel but why the hell Hyunwoo took their kids to a hotel without him?!

“I’ll take care of the kids today, you can spend your day off alone, don’t worry about anything, just enjoy the day alright? At 7pm wear the outfit I have prepared for you inside our working room and a car will pick you up to where me and our kids will be waiting, see you there, I love you” Kihyun smiled, as usual Hyunwoo knew how to make him happy in a simple way, they were going to have dinner together as usual in the hotel where they got married 10 years ago, that’s for sure and Kihyun didn’t think of any other surprise were waiting for him

“So you’ve been preparing this for the whole month? Without me and you still can manage to do this with your workload? Wow hyung, are you a robot?” Kihyun commented after he forced Hyunwoo to tell him how he prepared an anniversary party for him in the same place where they got married 10 years ago, nearly the same decoration but more casual, they both wearing cream and brown outfit matching each other

“This will be my third time saying this but baby, anything for you” Hyunwoo leaned down to capture Kihyun’s lips with his

“You are amazing hyung” Kihyun said with his hand wrapped around Hyunwoo’s neck after they kissed

“You are more amazing, thank you for taking care of our kids all the time, I’ve noticed that you’ve been stressing out over your job and the kids lately, but you always do your best and I’m truly grateful that I marry you” Hyunwoo put their foreheads together slowly dancing to the song playing with their friends surrounding them amazed by how Kihyun and Hyunwoo had never lost their love sparks even after 10 years

“About the job… I’ll rest from my job for a while I guess…” Kihyun said while carefully following Hyunwoo steps making sure he didn’t step on Hyunwoo’s foot like what he did 10 years ago during their first dance after they got married

“That’s a great news, I don’t like to see you look so exhausted like this baby” Hyunwoo stopped dancing and took his fingers to Kihyun’s face traced it over Kihyun’s eye bag

“Thank you for putting up with me all this time hyung” Kihyun said with eyes focused on Hyunwoo

“I’m the one who should say so Kihyunnie, thank you for everything, thank you for becoming the light of my life especially after we got married 10 years ago, thank you for always being selfless and loving our family unconditionally, thank you for bringing our kids to this world, there are so many things I’m grateful to you baby and I wish I could tell you everything but it will take the whole year to tell you about it, just.. I love you and I will continue to love you, even after our 100 years anniversary I will still continue to love you, forever” Hyunwoo was surprised when he saw tears dropped from Kihyun’s eyes “Don’t cry, you are supposed to be happy”
“This is tears of joy idiot” Kihyun wiped his tears and smiled gratefully to Hyunwoo who was smiling back at him “I love you so much hyung, happy anniversary” Kihyun said before he wrapped his arm again over Hyunwoo’s neck and kissed him

“I love you too baby, so much, happy anniversary”

I’m grateful that it’s you, and I will love you forever, this will be my promise in the same place where I promised  you happiness in your life 10 years ago.

“Hoooo Kihyun hyung, that will be your third plate already” Jihoon commented when Kihyun took the cake Hyunwoo offered to him “Are you that hungry?” 

“Well he really likes cake, it’s ok Kihyunnie, eat everything there are a lot of food” Hyunwoo chuckled, Kihyun grinned and took the cake ate it happily

“Uh, I’ll just go and talk to others, I feel full just by standing with a guy who eats cake like he’s pregnant” Jihoon commented and left before he saw Kihyun choked over his cake

“Careful there, here drink the water” Hyunwoo offered a glass of water to Kihyun which gladly accepted by the younger

“Thank you hyung” Kihyun said 

“Why did you choke after what Jihoon said, like you are,… wait… ARE YOU PREGNANT?!” Hyunwoo asked with happiness and hopes blooming on his eyes, Kihyun laughed over Hyunwoo reaction, he took his husband’s hand and put it on top of his stomach

“Congratulations appa, your dream comes true” and after what Kihyun said Hyunwoo screamed out loud couldn’t stop himself to show others how happy he was with the additional family coming soon to their household

And kids, that was how Changkyun born XD
