The trip was already wearing them so thin.

Hopping city from city, spending more time cramped into cars and flights then on their own two feet. This morning was their first break. Seokjin had managed to drag himself from bed without his roommate Yoongi stirring. A quick glance in the mirror to straighten the ruffled bed head and pulling on his sweatshirt, he left the hotel room to grab breakfast. The hallways were quiet as he made his way to the elevator, his eyes carefully scanning for anyone, not in the mood for dealing with his fans. He loved his ARMY but first thing in the morning was not the time.

He smiled at the security guard standing at the end of the hall before pressing the button for the elevator, “Do you want me to go with you?” the security guard asked

Seokjin shook his head, “I’ll be fine, I think Manager Hyung is already down stairs.” The elevator doors opened and he quickly stepped in his face tucked down eyes looking down at his phone as he quickly scrolled through the twitter feed, full of messages of support for him and the other members. The elevator doors opened into the lobby and Seokjin quickly stepped out and headed towards the hotel’s restaurant.

The restaurant itself was quiet, only himself and Manager Hyung seemed to be in the whole restaurant. Seokjin grabbed a piece of coffee cake and slid into the seat in front of the Manager.

“Manager Hyung, what’s on the schedule for today?” Seokjin asked as he stuck his fork into the coffee cake. He pulled his hoodie off his head and waited for the other male to reply. The manager continued to flip through the notebook in front of him and scrolled through his phone, Seokjin frowned

“Hyung! What are we doing today!” Seokjin barked as he put another bite of coffee cake into his mouth. The tone of Seokjin’s voice startled the other.

“Oh! Sorry Seokjinie, I didn’t see you slide in.” he looked back down at his phone. “We have about a week left here in the U.S. We leave later this afternoon to fly to Chicago, there we have a TV and Radio Interview and we scheduled some practice and down time for you all. You have liked Chicago so we wanted to make sure you liked the place where your free time was. “

Seokjin’s eyes widened at the sound of Chicago. They had not been in Chicago since the Wings World Tour. “That sounds awesome, I have a lot of fond memories in Chicago.” Seokjin said with a small grin before taking another bite of his coffee cake.
