    It was already 5:40 and Taehyung decided he'd take a chance to text Jungkook since he hadn't heard from him yet at all, he usually got texts from him but maybe he was too busy since he may still be with family. to kookie: hey how are you? I'm really excited for the christma party!  Taehyung waited as he felt his heart racing for some reason, maybe because it was getting closer to the party as he arrived with a huge hold on presents in his hands.    He still managed to reach for his phone some how though when it buzzed in his pocket,  kookie: Me too!:) I'm excited especially since I didn't get to spend it with any of you last year. I haven't seen you in a while too. It's perfect. Are you almost here? I'm already at their apartment.   Taehyung's face blushed when he said how he hadn't seen him and was already there- that explains no texts, he was probably helping them prepare dinner and he repied but dropped the presents in the process. "Oh .." another text kookie: never mind I just heard you    then  there was a shuffling of feet, next minute Jungkook had opened the door with eyes shocked. "Oh wow, you carried all of these by yourself? You should've texted us way sooner to help you!" He said as he bend over to help pick up presents, Taehyung blushed as he knew he should've but he wanted it to be a surprise as he picked up the rest too. "Thank you" He said smiling at Jungkook who blushed causing Taehyung to blush too, he realzied Jungkook was rwearing the sweater he bought him last year too. It made his heart race but decided not to comment on it right now with being in the front door and all.   Taehyung walked inside with Jungkook, together they sat the presents down as Jin came rushing out from the kitchen. "Taehyung!! so good to see you." He grinned as Taehyung laughed, "It wasn't that long ago we saw each other." Taehyung replied as Jin grinned, "Food is almost ready and the others are almost here too! We're just waiting on Yoongi and Jimin"  Taehyung nodded as he smiled, "Great I'm really glad we got to set this up together."  Jin nodded, "Me too!" He replied before J-hope came running into the room too and hugged taehyung tight."Taehyung! What's up?" He asked a Taehyung laughed, he noticed Jungkook looking off to the side a bit silent as he wondered what was the problem but couldn't think too much because J-hope pulled him along to sit down on the sofa. "Dude, I got a secret for you." Taehyung raised his eyebrow, "Secret?"  Jungkook's eyes widened then and pulled J-hope off the couch, "Oh! I think Jin just said he needed you" he said suddenlly leaving Taehyung speechless as he sat next to him, he grinned when J-hope socffed and rolled his eyes. "You better not back out Jungkook!" he kicked his behind away from them just then and groaned    Jungkook smiled over at Taehyung, but Taehyung wasn't letting him off so easily.     "so what was it that J-hope was talking about?" Taehyung asks while he leaned onto Jungkook, "Can you please just let it go for me?" Jungkook asked with a soft blush as Taehyung grabbed his hand, blushing himself. "you know I don't let things go so easily~" he said before he became nervous at holding hands and moved his arm around Jungkook's shoulders instead, back to leaning against him. "But I guess I can let it go for you this time.." Taehyung said while yawning softly.   Jungkook grinned, "Thank you babe" He said as Taehyung blushed again, recieving a kiss from Jungkook as well.    Taehyung's heart is racing, maybe it's because of what he's planning to do today everything felt like when they first went out again or maybe it is because they hadn't seen each other in a while since the holidays came up. He wasn't sure but Taehyung certaintly didn't mind it.     1 in half hour later of just sitting and catching up    Everyone finally arrived with Yoongi and Jimin here together with them as they all sat down on the table. Taehyung helped set up the last of the dinner plates with Jin before we all sat down together, Taehyung sat down next to Jungkook, Jin next to Namjoon, Yoongi and Jimin together with Jhope on the other side of Jimin.    He smiled as he drooled a bit at the food his boyfriend laughing at him, "You're drooling babe" Taehyung blushed as everyone chuckled. "Sorry...I hadn't ate since morning." he said as he rubbed the back of his neck shyly, Jungkook held Taehyung's hand causing him to blush as he smiled at him.  Jungkook smiled back before everyone made kissy noises as he flipped them off and they all laughed before  they all said prayys and began to eat after.   "I'm really happy we all got to spend time together again like this! Thank you Jin for setting it up." Jimin said happily as Jin grinned and everyone nodded agreeingly."Me too, this year is the best make up for last year since almost none of us could make it." He said as Jungkook nodded agreeingly, "Yeah last year was super hetic...this year we all got to spend time without working during it." He smiled as everyone nodded agreingly. "It's nice spending time with you guys, I'm sure there's some surprises for us too." J-hope said as he looked over at Jungkook knowingly while Taehyung looked between the two, okay something was deffinetly up and heard J-hope yell a second later with his leg being kicked. Jin laughed as he tsked at the two, "Not at the table." Jin said as he looked up at Namjoon who finished his plate already along with Taehyung."You guys are welcome to seconds so help yourself, I made a bit extra so you can probably even take some home if you want too." Jin said with a soft smile as Taehyung lit up. "Awesome!" He
