In which Yebin finally get to meet the person she has been adoring since she was 10.

JuNuRe's reality show called 주누레의 자유 시간 JuNuRe-ye jayu sigan (which literally means JuNuRe's free time) is in its final episode now, episode 5. 

In the first episode, they were revealing the trio's dorm for the first time to public. It's funny how the dorm actually have three bedrooms and yet the trio choose to huddled up together in one room. The trio sure bicker a lot with each other especially Rena and Eunwoo, but they do love each other a lot, too. Their love-hate friendship is what makes their friendship even more special and interesting to witness by fans.

After showing the dorm, the next highlight is how JuNuRe did their packing. Eunwoo's carrier is full with foods while Kyulkyung full with clothes.

"Eunwoo, are you going to open a mart there and sell your snacks to bears?" - Rena to Eunwoo, 2018.

"Joo Kyulkyung *xiaojie, you bring too many sparkling clothes, it starts to poke my eyes. And just in case you don't know yet, we're going to a forest not some kind of a fashion show." - Rena to Kyukyung, 2018.

*xiaojie = 'Miss' in Chinese

Time flies so fast and right now the trio is already in the middle of the shooting for their reality show's last episode.

They are going to have some special guests that the identity is still hidden from them by the staffs. JuNuRe will play a game, a competitive game that surely will show the fierce side of the girls, with the guest as their game partner. There will be special prize for the winning couple.

The PD also use a famous-hilarious gag-woman named Kim Shinyoung to be the MC for the games.

The first guest in Kim Doyeon. Eunwoo squealed so loud and literally jumped on to Doyeon once she saw the tall girl walked from behind the curtain, looking stunning as always. But once she saw Eunwoo, she quickly took off her expensive shades and the two started to make funny-ugly faces at each other to express their happiness in seeing each other. As expected from the duo meme queens. Kyulkyung has to literally dragged the two to the side to stop them from performing their stupid-super embarrassing couple dance.

The second guest is Kim Sejeong. She walked toward the center, flashing her killer eyesmiles that make so many people fall for her. This time it's Kyulkyung that squealing and running to Sejeong before she engulfed the older girl in a very, very tight, almost bone crushing hug. Sejeong seems doesn't mind a bit. Instead she let her ahjussi laugh roaring as she hugs Kyulkyung back. Once they broke the hug, Sejeong proceed to hug the other girls as well since they are all close friends with one and another.

Now they are all anticipating the last guest..

“Okay! The next guest! Our last guest is...” Shinyoung starts to make drumrolls sound with while the rest of the girls are highly anticipating their next guest. Because their first and second guest are all goddess. They are wondering who is the next goddess that waiting behind the door right now. 

Eunwoo, Kyulkyung and Yebin have the same thought actually.

"No way.. No way they invited that goddess, right? She's a very busy someone with tight schedule. She always fly over to one country and another for commercial shooting, photo shooting, run away fashion shows and the other busy stuff. So there's no way they will seriously invited her to this show today. But.. they do invited Doyeon and Sejeong. Does it means.....?

“OMO-YAH!" Kyulkyung was the fastest one among the three to come back to her senses and give a reaction.  "It’s really Kim Minkyung!!” Kyulkyung shouted and jumped around like a happy kid seeing a perfect-gorgeous human creature named Kim Minkyung walked in with her oh so elegance walk, as expected from the classy model, with night air gently blowing her black long locks. Not to mention her super adorable shy smile for getting such big attention and reaction from the girls. Doyeon and Sejeong just laughed at the girls’ reaction as they're clapping for Minkyung's entrance. They already know about Minkyung's visit since they were in the same waiting room earlier, get their make up re-touch and hair done together.

“Yah look at Yebin. She’s blushing! Aigooo gwiyowo uri small bean. Ujjujujju~” Eunwoo annoyingly teased the girl beside her who can only hide her face behind her hands. 

Minkyung hides her smirk as she saw Yebin pinkish face after seeing her, didn’t even dare to look at Minkyung’s direction for more than three seconds. 

Minkyung stands beside Doyeon and Sejeong and flashed her infamous gummy smile toward the camera. The camera PD is almost fainting right there and then in the spot for seeing Minkyung's smile up close like that.

“Hello everyone. My name is Kim Minkyung. Nice to meet you all.” Minkyung bowed and then wave her hand to greet everyone. The other girls waved back at her in unison.

“Yebin-ah, won’t you say something to your idol since elementary school? I mean it’s your beloved Kim Minky unnie!” Eunwoo being the evil mischievous kid she is, take the deliberation to embarrassed Yebin more. Even revealing the lame secret nickname that Yebin used to called the idol with. 

“Just shut up you!” Yebin hissed and slapped Eunwoo’s arm hardly. Earning a sharp yelp from the shiba inu like girl. 

“Ahem. I— I’m so happy to finally meet you in person, Minkyung-ssi. I’m so honored.” Yebin stuttered out but luckily still managed to show a small polite smile at Minkyung and bow at the goddess. 

“What honor out of the blue??” Eunwoo remarked again as she's letting out a snort. And again, cost herself to get another slap from Yebin. When will Jung Eunwoo learn her lesson? 

“I’m happy to finally see you too, Yebin-ssi. I'm eager to come here because i watched the 4th episode when Yebin-ssi shouted out my name, asking the crew to invite me and bring me as the guest for this show. I’m flattered. The honor is mine.” As expected from the nation sweetheart. She always well spoken and modest. 

*flashback to Ep. 4 of JuNuRe show*

"So, if, IF, we can invite some special guests for our final episode, who are the people you want to invite?"

"I want to invite my bestfriends from Weki Meki. Can we please bring DoDaeng to the show?" Eunwoo excitedly asked.

"I want to invite my actresses friend. How about Chaeyeon unnie? Or Sejeong unnie? Gosh, i really miss my unnies." Kyulkyung voiced out her thought shortly after.

"How about you, Rena-ssi?" The PD-nim asked the only last girl who's still remain silent on her sit, looking so deep in thought.

"Well, of course she only has one person in mind at this moment. Right, Juju-yah?"

"Yeah. We all know who is the person she wants to invite the most."

"Who?" The PD-nim curiously asked to the two girls who have a similar knowing smirk on their face.

"Kang Ye, do you want us to say it out loud for you or you will somehow woman up and call her name with your own mouth?" Eunwoo .

"Woman up, little bean. Go.." Kyulkyung also joined her friend to 'encourage' the still kind of hesitating lil bean.

"Ehem.. Can we.. invite K-Kim Minkyung-ssi?" Yebin finally spoke. Her voice sounds so small because of both shyness and hesitation that she currently feels. It's such a rare sight to see even for the fans because the Kang Rena they know is always looks cool and overflown with confidence and charisma.

"WHAT?? We can't really hear you! Say it louder, Yeb! Confidently!" Eunwoo shouted.

"KIM MINKYUNG UNNIEEEE~ PLEASE COME TO OUR SHOW! PD-NIM PLEASE BRING HER HERE!"

"Aigu jarhandaaa! (Good job!)" Kyulkyung proudly shouted.

Well, JuNuRe is always loud. 

"Say you love her!" Eunwoo urged, suppressing her giggles. 

"SARANGHAEYO MINKYUNG UNNIE!!" Yebin shouted at the top of her lung and quickly running to hide herself behind Kyulkyung.

The others who saw that just can't help but to go aww seeing how cute Yebin becomes when she looks all shy and be such a big fangirl of Kim Minkyung.

*end of flashback*

Yebin's face turned into even redder color as she recalls the words she shamelessly shouted out, confessing her love for Minkyung. She hopes the ground can just swallow her in alive.

"Now now.. Since all of the guest are already here, let's we start our game. JuNuRe-ssi, go get your partner." Shinyoung said as she's waving her hands to get the girls' attention.

Eunwoo and Kyulkyung quickly running toward their partners while Yebin stays rooted on her place. Seeing the shy petite rapper, Minkyung decided to be the one who take the first move.

"Hey, are you alright?" Minkyung gently asked, putting one of her hand on Yebin's shoulder. Minkyung looks even prettier up close. And the smell of her sweet perfume just drive Yebin insane. In a good way.

"I-i'm fine, sunbaenim." Yebin stuttered, still trying to avoid to look Minkyung right in the eyes. She can feel her palms start to sweating.

"Just call me 'unnie' and look at me in the eyes. I'm not a basilisk. You won't become statue nor dying if your eyes meet mine." Minkyung playfully said. 

"O-okay, unnie." Yebin quickly lifted up her head to look at Minkyung because she's afraid Minkyung will misunderstand her behavior as rudeness. 

"That sounds better." Minkyung smiles. A kind of smile that too genuine and warm that make the person who received the smile have no other option aside from smiling back, so Yebin did.

"You have to smile more often, Yebin. You have a pretty smile."

What  a lame pick up line. But since it's Kim freaking Minkyung that said it to her, Yebin can't help but to get swoon by it. 

"T-thanks."

"Aww Yebin. Stop being so shy around me." Minkyung lightly shoved Yebin by the shoulder.

"T-that will be hard, unnie."

"Why? Because i'm older? Because i'm your sunbae in this entertainment industry?"

Yebin weakly nodded.

"True, those are some of the reasons. But aside from that, you're my idol. I'm a big-die hard fangirl of yours. How can you expect me to act normal when the love and adoration i stored for you is beyond normal, Minky?" Yebin inwardly said as she's biting her lip. 

"Fine. Reasons accepted. But i'll make you feel comfortable with me by the end of this show's shooting today. Just you wait." Minkyung winked, and Yebin as the wink's receiver swear she almost fainted right there. She needs to hold on to the table behind her for support.

The two holding their gaze at each other and seems like none willing to break it first but the loud whistle sound did break their eye contact as the two girls jolted in surprised.

Shinyoung just blows her red whistle and calling the girls to gather up.

"C'mon." Minkyung casually hold Yebin's arm and drag the younger girl to walk toward the center as the game is starting. While Yebin, she just obediently follow the pull and secretly enjoying the softness and warmth of Minkyung's hand on her skin. It's sure still feel surreal for her.

For the first game, the couples have to guess what's the hidden object inside the black box. The couple who can guessed it right the fastest will be the winner.

First couple, the duo meme queens. Both are screaming like mad women even before they touch the object, lowkey scaring the out of each other and making ruckus out of nothing. The rest of the girls just watching the two in amusement as they try to hold in their laughters. But of course being the jerk she is, Yebin doesn't hold anything back as she's laughing her head off watching the misery that faced by her best friend. Eunwoo is in the verge of crying after she touched the tip of the object with tip of her finger for a second. Doyeon is more reliable and calm compare to Eunwoo as she's shrieking and cursing under her breath but still force her hand to touch the object and trying to figure out the answer. Turned out it's just a cactus when Eunwoo thought it's a living hedgehog. Doyeon guessed it right after 4 mins and 35 secs passed. All credit goes to her since her partner is really not helping at all.

"You're such a black-hole, Nunu-yah!" Yebin teased. Out of habit, she leans on to something/someone whenever she laughs too hard. She unconsciously holding onto Minkyung and resting her head on the older girl's shoulder to support herself from falling and laughing on the floor. Yebin only snapped back to reality once she feels Minkyung's slender arm ghostly hovering around her waist before it find its way to circling around Yebin's small waist to support her body's weight and keeping her steady.

"T-thanks." Yebin shyly mumbled as she's gently breaking herself free from Minkyung's hold. As much as she enjoys it, she knows she shouldn't enjoy it too long because her heart surely can't take it. She doesn't want to die young. Besides she believes Minkyung did it out of courtesy and she's afraid the older girl might feel slightly uncomfortable with doing skinship with someone she barely know.

Second couple, Kyulkyung and Sejeong seemed pretty calm and less-noise if it's compare to the previous couple. Kyulkyung and Sejeong both are trying so hard to guess the object and their calmness finally paid off after Sejeong shouted out the correct answer in 1 mins 3 seconds. The right answer is eel. 

Now it's MinkYebin's turn. Yebin slowly, carefully dip her right hand into the box, while Minkyung seems nonchalant about it. She rolls her sleeve until almost up to her elbow, and then put her left hand in with no hesitation or whatsoever.

Both girls start to blindly search the object.

"Oh, i got it! What is this?" Minkyung pretend to be clueless as she's squeezing and kneading the 'object' she caught. Yebin's face turned hotter as she whispers lowly to her idol, "Uh.. Minkyung unnie.. Sorry but that's m-my hand."

"Ah.. Sorry. No wonder it's so soft and warm." Minkyung cheekily grinned. Obviously she knew it's Yebin's hand right from the start and she's just teasing the shorter girl.

"It's a cucumber." Minkyung make her first guess.

Ding dong deng dong~ She guessed it right. The cucumber is wet because they put the cucumber inside a jar that filled with slime. 

"Ew~" Yebin said in slight disgust after she pulled up her hand and see the green slime all over her hand. Minkyung just smiles at the cute sight of Yebin's jutting out her lips.

Minkyung doesn’t hesitate to grab Yebin’s dirty hand and wipe the slime away with her own hand, her clean hand that didn't dive inside the box, and then take some tissues to dry the younger girl’s hand, before she did the same for her own hands. Making Yebin’s heart fluttering mess on the inside with her oh so gentle woman act.

“Mwoyaaa~ Did you see that? She wiped Yebin’s hand!!” Eunwoo squealed.

Yebin's face become hotter and redder at the teasing.

"I"m so jealous. Can we switch our partner? Doyeon is so unromantic and mean. I want a caring and sweet partner like Minkyung unnie too." Eunwoo jokingly suggested.

"You wish! Unnie is mine so back off." Yebin replied, looking all defensive and ready to fight Eunwoo for trying to steal her partner. Totally forgetting that she's just indirectly claiming Minkyung as hers.

"Aww look at lil bean being so possessive now. Is you two secretly dating or something?" Sejeong joined the teasing parade.

Only then Yebin finally realized how wrong her words might sound. She's just shamelessly calling Minkyung as hers. And Minkyung is right behind her. Does Minkyung even fine to be referred as hers?

"She's my patner today. So yeah, she's mine and i'm hers." 

The girls go even wild after that but Minkyung just laugh with them and gently pulled Yebin closer to her.

In the middle of break time, even when the camera is no longer on, Minkyung still treating Yebin nicely. 

"Hey, here drink up." Minkyung passed her a cup of hot coffee.

"Thank you, unnie. But you didn't have to. It's me who should buy you coffee not the other way around. You're the guest today. You're our senior. I'm sorry." Yebin guiltily said.

"Silly. You don't have any obligation to do that just because i'm your sunbae and a guest for the show today. It's enough if you can be grateful with this cup of coffee that i buy for you by enjoying it. But now you still didn't take a sip of it and it starts to get cold i bet." Minkyung pretend to look dejected and sad.

"Oh! Jwesonghaeyo, unnie. I'll drink it now. Once again, thank you." Yebin bowed and quickly snatch the cup away from Minkyung's hand before she's tasting her coffee. Minkyung just secretly hides her smile seeing that.

"And oh i almost forget. Here." Minkyung takes out a hot pack from inside the pocket of her coat and takes Yebin's hand with her another free hand and passed it to the younger girl. She doesn't immediately let go of Yebin's hand though even though Yebin already have the hot pack securely in her grip.

"B-but how about you, unnie?"

"I have more with me don't worry." Minkyung reassured with a smile, a way too charming smile that make Yebin's heart beats even more faster than before. Kim Minkyung surely will be the death of her sooner or later. She's almost 100% sure of that.

"But since they are in bag, do you mind if we share for now?" How can Yebin says no to that? Not when she can have Minkyung's hand holding hers longer, sharing warmth with her.

Yebin can’t hide her disappointment. She knows the good chemistry she had with Minkyung in the shooting today is real. It’s not just an act for the sake of the show. At least that’s what Yebin felt. And she believes Minkyung also feel the same. But why? Why the older girl just left like that after saying goodbye to her and the other girls? Well, she did hug Yebin before she really left the place. Giving her a warm tight hug that lasted for 5 seconds. Yeah Yebin counted it in her head. But that's that. Yebin hoped for at least they can exchange their phone number or at least Kakao ID to each other and keep in touch after that. As friends. Did she wish for too much? 

Yebin sighed and mindlessly put her hands inside her jacket’s side pockets to warming up her cold hands. She remembers she keep the hot pack that Minkyung gave her in there. That’s when she finally feel something inside her left jacket pocket. Not a hot pack because it's in her right pocket.

She takes the object out to have a better look on it.

It's a piece of crumpled paper. 

She carefully opens it and see a very neat small hand-writing there..
