Donghae's pv : 

I woke up during the night , with really big pains, went to the kitchen and was looking for some painkillers when i collapsed on the floor. When I gained conciseness  i was back in the hospital.  I looked over and saw Eunhyuk and Min next to me. Why would he be there? I mean i understand Min, he was probably the one that found me. 

"I'll get the doctor"

Min said and left the room. Eunhyuk was quiet, and i thought he was still saving his voice. He looked at me, couldn't really read his expression. 

" You did'nt have to come you know"

I said with a scruffy voice.  He typed

"I was in the house when you collapsed" 

I nodded. He must be really close to the boss. Which made me think, if he was here then maybe boss should have too. But then again, he don't like me so wouldn't seem natural , not like I care anyway. 

"do you want me to leave?" 

"no, is just don't want you to waste your time, i'm sure you have other plans"

i said. He just shook his head.  Doctor came in and told me, that I toke a lot of beatings last time and that I wasn't fully healed and to be careful and take things easy. And that I had gotten a swelling in my head, it shouldn't be that big now unless something happened. 

"uhm, I kind of hit my head earlier today" 

"that explains it, we want to keep you here for another day for the swelling to go down" he said and left.  

"how did you hit your head?" Min asked 

"I slipped at work"

I said, while looking down, truth is, Heechul had been mad over Boss dismissing his ideas and had pushed my head against the wall in the copy room. I don't know why he blamed me for it when i had nothing to do with it. 

"you..slipped?"

Min asked, not looking like he believed me and I looked over to Eunhyuk and saw anger in his eyes. I just nodded, and turned around to sleep. 

"you don't have to stay, I'm going to sleep"

I said. I heard them both leave and i fell back to sleep. 

When I woke up in the morning, I found Boss next to my bed. What is he doing here, I thought.

"your awake"

he said not looking at me only sorting out some papers. 

"yes sir"

I said. He looked at me for a second without saying anything. 

"anything you need to tell me"

he asked in a threatening tone. I just shook my head.

"You could have told me you hit your head, pretty sure you experience some pain and discomfort for a while after did you not?"

he said in a harsh tone,  I just nodded and said, 

"sorry sir"

he sighed. He handed me some papers and some books. 

"here, since you will miss evening class, that's what you need to read for next class"

and pointed at the papers.  Surprised by this i just nodded. I don't know why i felt so intimidate by him, maybe because of the mask or his tone, just feel like he would snap at me any moment and I was afraid of losing my job and that he would kick me out.  I thought he would leave but he just walked to the other side of the room and was doing something on his laptop. 

I started to read through the papers , had some questions, but was afraid to ask, so I just kept glancing at him.  He looked up at me, as if he was waiting for me to say something,

"what is it?" 

he asked in the end.

"uhm..isn't uncomfortable to wear the mask all the time? "

why did I ask that?? it just slipped out of me

"that's your question?" he asked surprised

"no, sorry sir," 

I rushed to say

"I was wondering about some of the stuff here" 

He got up and walked towards me, and started to explain stuff to me and then showed me som tricks on how to use the books to learn better. I was really confused by the way he was, one minute he talked to me softly then the next harshly.  He went back to his seat and continued on his work. We were silent for a while when i suddenly remembered about Eunhyuk

"uhm..boss"

he looked up

"are you and Eunhyuk close? did you by chance give him my number?"

He just nodded,and said

"he probably got it from Min"
