Kris turns his head and sees him, glowing underneath the christmas lights. He smiles and waves to the tall figure, who smiles. He walks throught the display case and greets Kris with a light punch in the stomach. 

"You forgot to call."

"I know."

(Also, not included in the description, but I can't tag all the ships otherwise it will spoil the story. Sorry bout that! Also, I'm kind of making fun of Hallmark and The Notebook in this because they're silly. Of course, thats how romance novels are, they're exaggerated stories that depict things that realistically aren't going to happen. I especially don't like the Notebook for what they did to that poor guy. So think of this as sort of a redemption with similar themes... kind of. I don't know. Just have fun reading!
