What would you do if you found out that you were able to manipulate a fabricated reality?
In her world, those that could bring nothing to life were a rarity. Of the two people, creators and bystanders, creators were of their own mind, they creating stories for the masses and revered for their ability to take beings in another dimension and bend them to their will. They were loved by all, and were supposed to be people to look up to.
Not for Daeun. For her family, her father being a creator had torn their life apart. Only caring for his work, his mother eventually left, taking her and her brother with them. Her only memories of her father was alcoholism and locked rooms.
Yet she still read his living stories. Just like the masses, she was obsessed with his current work, a living story about a boy trying to find his family’s murderer.
But what happens when Daeun gets pulled into her father’s story?
Foreword
Some quick things to know before you read:
- This story may bear many similarities to the kdrama W, and while it is used for my inspiration, the story will be pretty different, with different backstories and personalities for each character.
- Lead character is Kim Jongdae (yay!) and this is my first fanfic written for a idol other than a bts member (whoops!)
- Lead female is an oc, so don't bother trying to look up if she is real!
- We'll see where this story takes me, I haven't had much of it planned out but I'll really try to update, unlike my other fics.
