So there's been alot of news about both Pledis and Seventeen. Alot to take in. The contents are feeding us well! So yesterday, it was officially announced that Big Hit Entertainment will be shareholders to Pledis Entertainment but Pledis will still be ran separately. Now, alot of people were confused I'm assuming, which is why they left comments like, "Seventeen will leash off BTS Fame" or "Pledis will use BTS fame to promote their groups"..so... forth. I'm confused how that will work. Seventeen is not a new idol group. They are very successful in Korea, China and Japan, so I'm confused how they need BTS Fame. 

Another thing I notice is that, people don't know much about business. They probably don't know what a shareholder is. Pledis Entertainment has many shareholders, Big Hit might be the most well known one. The shareholders are there for financial support. They don't oversee any creative control but might intervine, if they feel like they're money is not being invested well.

This is good for Pledis, because they have alot of talented artist. They might not be good at management but they have an eye for talent and humble personalities. Name one Pledis artist that has been in an outrageous scandal over their behavior and outlandish stunts. I'll wait... 

Don't tell me Mingyu COVID "scandal" 'cause that's not a scandal. They went out during a time when alot of people were out and about in Korea. They tested negative. They didn't kill anyone, made a fool of themselves, insult anyone or acted big and bad. They just hung out. Bruh, y'all ain't seen people chilling on the Beach in the US right now or in the parks chilling when they aren't even supposed to be outside! Y'all aint ready yet I guess 🙄
