This is a story about a Chinese-American girl named Amber Josephine Liu who have grown up in the Philippines. Her parents has a small business there.  But even if her parents has a business, they are still suffering from financial problem so they have decided to live in the Philippines and Amber studied there and meet new friends.

But because they really have problem about MONEY, her parents let Amber study in South Korea specifically in Seoul to be supported by her auntie who works there.

Now, what will happen to her when she arrive in South Korea ?

Will she have a better life or not ?
