Eunwoo shouted at Yebin who was trying the little she owned into a small dirty backpack and celnched her fists when she remembered her brother who was at a better place now, hopefully.
" Stop shouting! I know we have to leave and I am trying to pack as fast as possible, you yelling at me will not make me pack faster! "
Yebin shouted back, not taking her eyes from the backpack which was now too full and it looked like it was about to burst.
" I am sorry, I am just worried about you...about the two of us and you know that. "
Eunwoo said quietly, regretting screaming at Yebin earlier.
" I will be in my room, tell me when you are ready to go and please be as fast as possible. "
When Yebin finally took her eyes off the backpack, Eunwoo was no longer there. She went to her room to check whether she packed everything that was precious to her. The room was small and dirty. It smelled like wet fur, which was a funny smell that reminded Eunwoo of home. That room belonged to her and Minseok, her brother but after he passed away, it was all Eunwoos. And now she was about to leave. She hated leaving, she hated saying goodbyes.
The room held too many memories which were too painful so Eunwoo kept them in the back of her mind but now was the right time to remember before she moves on.
There was a small table in the room with some comic books on it. Those were really expensive and precious. She got them from Kyulkyung, a chinese girl who was one of her best friends when life was a little bit easier and everything was less misty. The two of them used to read them all over and over again and Minseok kept begging for Kyulkyung to buy books like that for him too but she neevr did. Because one day, she just stopped meeting Eunwoo. She stopped wandering around the city, she vanished. Loosing Kyulkyung was one of the most painful things she has been through.
