The Disguise of a Shark

Description

Underground rap is where they began. Some people however prefer to stay in the Underground rather than reach idol potential.

Foreword

Sangah was hot as soon as she stepped on the scene in the underground hip hop world. She was pro at freestyle rapping and pretty damn good at bboy style dancing too. Dance and rap was her heart. One of her favorite things to say and be quoted from was, "I don't rap to the beat of song, I just rap to the beat of my heart." She kept her hood pulled and her hair up, a mask covering the lower half of her face. For someone that could rap so well and be so poetically explosive, she was a complete mystery. The only things known about her were her age, stage name, and her skills.

The name fit her well, her eyes were sharp. They glowed a honey color and if her smile could be seen it would have confirmed the name as well. She constantly wore a half-smile that left a peek of her pointy incisors. A sharky grin is what her parents had called it since she was young. However, this was covered by the mask she constantly wore. She wore it to maintain anonyminity, respect, and to keep her hobby what it was. A hobby.

As good at rapping as she was, she still faced diversity. Many of the rappers she battled or even conversed with in the underground thought that women shouldn't or couldn't do it as well. They told her to just go and join one of the entertainment companies and join a group like 4minute or something. That was the only way she would be successfull in this, according to them. Some of them even went as far to try and keep her off the stage or out of the battle by violence. She'd been punched, kicked, beaten. It really opened her eyes to the cruelty of people. It didn't stop her, however. She managed to keep her mask on, tying it and taping it in all sorts of fashions.

Zico was well known in the underground and obviously had risen to great heights. He was the leader of Block B and had featured in quite a few songs by respected artists. Kyung was also a part of Block B and Zico's best friend. They were both rappers and good at what they did. They were also big fans of a mysterious rapper named Sangah..
