"Babe?"

Si Jin calls out for his wife as he scans the living room. She emerges from the nursery with a bright smile on her face and a frowning little bundle in tow. He immediately approaches and gives her a greeting kiss on her lips. Then, he proceeds to bend down and meet Si Yeon's eye level, her left cheek with his thumb.

"What's wrong, sweetie?"

The decorated military man coos at his 6-month old baby daughter, mimicking her pout. The moody infant whines, fat tears threatening to fall from her eyes.

"Aww, hungry, my love?"
Mo Yeon asks, gently bouncing Si Yeon up and down.

"I'm so sorry, Si Jin, I was going to fix dinner for you---"

The young mother proceeds to apologize, but her doting husband quickly interrupts her.

"Shh, yeobo, no worries. I'll take care of dinner after I change."

He gives her a kiss on the forehead. Si Jin assists Mo Yeon to the comfortable couch in the living room and helps her start nursing. After she and the baby are all set, he quickly jumps in the shower and proceeds to heat up the homemade beef bone soup his mother-in-law brought for the couple. While waiting for the soup to boil, he silently watches Mo Yeon's back view from the kitchen. His heart swells up watching her interact lovingly with their daughter.
