Firstly, I hope that this is the right place for me. I skimmed through the guidelines and FAQ, but I'm still not sure whether this is the right place or whether I should make a blog post, because I think you can do that on here, too, but either way I want to state right now why I'm doing this.

1. I like to read. I like reading a lot. Novellas, short stories, books and also fanfiction. (What I love even more than reading itself, is reading different genres and seeing how different authors employ completely different techniques. I love seeing how they use words.) So, I want to document my journey. What have I been reading? Did I like it? Would I recommend it? I want to look back at this "story" in a few months or even years and chuckle a bit a my literary choices - or maybe reread some of the works.

So, this project is for me, too.

But, it is also for anyone interested in reading.

2. I want to share my love with others. I want to encourage you to read and maybe find new authors. And maybe some of the people in the AFF community will recommend some of their favourites, too and we can talk about our favourite books together. That's the goal that a strive for. I know it's pretty ambitious.

So, I will start documenting soon, not just fanfiction but also "normal" books. I hope that it is permitted by the community guidelines, if not I will just talk about my favourite fanfiction on here. If anyone knows please tell me!
