For a long time, in my heart,

“Are you smoking?” Jessica’s hard voice hits Taeyeon hard. The latter just wider her eyes and gaped, seeing her girlfriend walking closer to her

“Sica, I just… I just…”

Because her hand is trembling, Taeyeon dropped her cigarette and fell into her feet

“Ack!” she pulled her feet but too late, the burned scar is there

“Taeyeon!” Your feet!” Jessica hurriedly kneeling down and examining Taeyeon’s feet when the latter stepping her left-over cigarette to turning it off

“It’s red…” said Jessica

“I’m okay, sorry. It’s fine…”

“No! Come here” Jessica pulled Taeyeon by her wrist to enter the living room again. The brunette ordered Taeyeon to sit down when she’s rummaging the first aid box. After found the ointment, she kneeling again in front of Taeyeon

“It must be hurting you more if you ignore it”

“Sica…” Taeyeon bites her lips. Feeling guilty because of the treatment

“Since when?” Jessica asked but her eyes still locking on Taeyeon’s feet “And why?”

“Since our first big fight”

It means for 4 years ago, Taeyeon started smoking

“Because I need something to run away. I can’t drink too much, my body is not suitable for alcohol”

“Why must… it” Jessica sighed

“I’m sorry…”

“You are singer. You know the effect for you, right?”

“I’m not kind of heavy smoker, Sica. I just… need something for running away from… from everything”

“Are you trading me with the pack of cigarette, Taeyeon?” for the first time, Jessica raise her head and her eyes found Taeyeon. The brunette bites her lips as her eyes already brim, she holding her tears

“I’m sorry… I’m sorry…” Taeyeon pulled Jessica into her embrace and tighten her hug “I’m sorry, Jessica”

On Taeyeon’s hold, Jessica actually didn’t understand about Taeyeon decision. Just, why? Why?

Feeling her girlfriend already calmer than before, Taeyeon leaned closer to kiss Jessica but get rejected immediately

“You smell cigarette” said Jessica while taken aback and untangled Taeyeon’s hold

“Sica, I’m…”

“I’m not mad at you” Jessica smiled “Just, take it as your punishment. You can’t kiss me”

“What?”

“It’s better than Taecyeon Oppa last time. Do you remember why we head fight back then? Because I hate his cigarette smell. Even if you are my girlfriend. I won’t stay close to you because of the smell too”

Taeyeon looking at Jessica’s back as the brunette leaving her to her own room. She slumped herself at the couch, cursing about her fools just now. How can she have caught red-handed?

“Stupid”

Raindrops that wet my shoulder,
When I dried, I alone,
Was so afraid that it would remain.

“Well, I heard from Jessica that she caught you when smoking around” Hyoyeon tilted her head to her leader when SNSD members had the recording for the next comeback, in the middle of Taeyeon’s preparation for her tour

“Yeah…” Taeyeon scrubbed her face in frustration “Gosh she must hate me now”

“But you guys still contacting each other” Hyoyeon furrowed her eyebrows

“She rejected all of my touch, for God sake”

“What’s up byuntae?” Tiffany and Yoona joined them “Is there anything wrong again?”

“This midget just caught red handed when smoking, by Jessica” Hyoyeon replied instead

“What?! You are smoking?” Tiffany wider her eyes as she looking sharply at the leader

“Oops, I said something wrong” Hyoyeon chuckled

“Yah… I think it’s enough for me having Jessica mad. Not you too, Fany-ah”

“No no no!” the strawberry brown-haired girl twerked Taeyeon’s ear and dragging her along “You need to see Sunny and Seohyun for the punishment”

“Yah! Yah!” Taeyeon tried to escape but Tiffany suddenly has more power than her

Tiffany pushed the petite body to Sunny and Seohyun who reading the books while waiting the producers coming with third section for today. Tiffany glared to Taeyeon before explaining the case, receiving nods form the duo

“Well, I don’t even understand the reason though” Sunny shrugged her shoulders “I think Yul already knew, Sooyoung too. They are too obvious”

“What?” Seohyun and Tiffany turned their head and sighed

“Geez” Tiffany stomped her feet and walks away. She took her phone and decided to calling Jessica. Another wrath

“You are woman now, Taeyeon. You know what is right and what is wrong to your body” said Sunny suddenly. Her eyes are warm, makes Taeyeon feeling more guilty

“I’m sorry…”

“Taeyeon” Tiffany’s voice snapped her back “Have you read today news?”

“Huh? Not yet. Why?”

Tiffany shoved her phone to Taeyeon’s face and the older girl take it. The first sentence of the news makes her stood and handed the phone back to Tiffany, before taking her own phone and calling her manager

“Oppa, can you book me ticket to Kuala Lumpur tonight?”

You are like a light, after the rain has passed,
You come up in my heart, like this.

“Have a safe flight, Tae” Yuri hugged Taeyeon when Sooyoung waved her hand. Yoona also hugging the kid leader.

“This, the demo” Seohyun handed the flash disk “I copied some of our song. Hope that it can makes you easily remember the song”

“Thanks” Taeyeon beamed a wide smile. Though it’s so sudden, her members still supportive to her action.

“I hope Jessie will be okay” Tiffany huffed and Sunny calmed her

“She will. Moreover, Taeyeon will be there” said Sunny “Now go, Hyoyeon already takes the car”

“I’ll see you soon guys” Taeyeon entering the car with Hyoyeon and Tiffany, they will Taeyeon to her apartment then to airport

“Have you called her?” Tiffany asked when they just left Taeyeon’s apartment for one luggage

“I called Mu Yeol Oppa” Taeyeon replied “He said Gugyeom will be waiting for me”

“Jessie’s bodyguard is very kind”

“I told him for not waiting because it’s too late when I landed. But he insisted. He said Jessica would be sad if know the situation”

“You must be taking care of him in the future, Tae” Hyoyeon chuckled “We will tell our producers to hold the practice and recording again, focus on Jessica first”

“Thanks guys”
