❶ We'll start doing requests 24-hour (that's the fastest we can get) after subscription. Requests will be pooled in Waiting List to which our designers will then pick and choose,
❷ We respond fast! we'd usually take 3-4 hours after you've submitted your request,
❸ Check the "STATUS" of the shop to track the progress of your request. We'd usually take 24-72 hours for requests On Progress
❹ We'll send the draft to you via pm for Review ❺ We'll feature you on the shop after we've gotten your ratification so you can pick up the artworks! ❻ Our designers have the right to pick and choose their own clients! This is just so the end result would have maximum perfection!
