Bobby has lost count on how many times they rehearsed the choreography for their upcoming single, B-Day, to be shot for their MV. The truth is he doesn’t mind. That’s what a great music video costs. But he couldn’t help but have Chanwoo, who has gotten his ankle sprained, off of his mind. Chanwoo sprained his ankle a couple of days ago from the same location as they were now. He would think that it’s harsh for him to even continue the shooting. But the deadline is still due so there is nothing else he could do about it.

Just as Bobby was having the thoughts running around his head, he didn’t realize that he made a mistake. The music instantly stopped as soon as he made the mistake.

“We’ll take 10.” The staff said directing the iKON members telling them to take a 10 minutes break. This is a deal they made to prevent Chanwoo from getting worse. They need to have a break everytime they redo the scenes they were shooting.

Hanbin was complaining with typical words he always spoke of when someone made a mistake. But Bobby didn’t bother. Instead, he ran up to the maknae and bowed to him apologizing non-stop. Chanwoo was bewildered at what his hyung was doing. But then he realized it’s because of the mistake he did.

“Hyung?? It’s okay.” Chanwoo tried reassuring the older but it didn’t seem like Bobby was moving anywhere from bowing to his maknae. “No no no, I made a huge mistake and you have to force yourself again and it’s all my fault. Forgive me.” Chanwoo could only smile at the rapper in front of him.

“I forgive you, hyung. My ankle is recovering really fast, anyways.” Chanwoo said in hopes to calm Bobby down. Bobby could only pout in result. The rest of the members then surrounded both of their bandmates and tried to join in.

“Yah, Bobby hyung, look what you’ve done!” Hanbin said teasing the other rapper. Bobby got up and playfully hit the leader in the shoulder. “At least I didn’t think he was rebelling when he was hurt, you jerk!” the older shot back. Chanwoo who heard Bobby’s statement was confused. Rebelling? What does that mean?

“He didn’t move or say anything when it happened!” Hanbin said defending himself. “Yah, I thought he was rebelling too” Yunhyeong added. Hearing his hyungs’ conversation Chanwoo couldn’t help but feel sad. Is that really what they think of Chanwoo? All this time he has been nothing but serious in all of their rehearsals but here they are thinking that he took it as a joke.

“Well, it turns out he wasn’t rebelling now, was he? Next time be more considerate on what he is doing. Let’s take care of him better.” Bobby said in conclusion. Chanwoo smiled at the hyung’s words but he couldn’t help but think about what he had just processed on.

“Okay, we’ll make sure to finish the shooting in the next take, okay Chan?” Donghyuk said trying to cheer the maknae. Chanwoo nodded at him. They all then helped Chanwoo who was still limping to get back to the location of their shooting and continue what they did hours before.

“You’ve been awfully quiet”

Bobby stated bluntly to the maknae who was staring at the window of their van for a really long time. Chanwoo looked up to his hyung and faked a smile. “Yeah,” was all Chanwoo could reply the older with. Chanwoo then continued to look straight out of the window. Seeing this, Bobby couldn’t help but be worried of his maknae.

“Is something bothering you, Chanumon?” Bobby asked again. He couldn’t help but be nosy. Who could blame him though? Sure, Chanwoo could be quiet sometimes but earlier this morning he was this chit-chatty cheerfully Chanwoo that they all love. Surely, there was something causing him to switch moods.

“Is it about your ankle? Is the pain getting worse?” Bobby guessed in panic. Chanwoo shooked his head in denial. “No! if anything I forgot that I sprained it” Chanwoo said proving his point. Bobby then looked at the maknae again in suspicion.

“Then what’s bothering you, kid?” Bobby asked again, this time more demanding. Chanwoo looked at the hyung again and sighed at the sight. He knows that face anywhere. It’s Bobby’s ‘you better tell me or I will get it out of you myself’ look.

“Hyung, it’s nothing. I’m just overthinking things.” Chanwoo said still trying to get Bobby to just let him out of this situation. “Hey, I thought we agreed on not hiding things from each other” The older said reminding the maknae. Chanwoo was shocked at his remarks. He couldn’t believe he still remember the promise they both made a couple of months ago. They made it when Bobby found Chanwoo in the verge of going mad at 3AM at their practice room. Chanwoo was that close to losing his mind until Bobby came and stopped him.

“Do you think I forgot how you’re still forcing yourself to practice at 3AM while the lights are still off? What would happen if I weren’t there huh?” Bobby added reminding Chanwoo of that specific moment. “I hate how good you are at hiding from us. I don’t want things like that to happen again. You promised.” Bobby told the maknae sternly. Chanwoo immediately looked down to ground after hearing his hyung’s complaint.

Chanwoo stood still and frozen. Bobby’s caution had really alerted him. Still, he doesn’t want to tell him what’s on his mind. It would only cause trouble.

“Yah! Jung Chanwoo! Answer me!” Bobby shouted. Some of the members who were asleep woke up from their slumber and put their attention to the rapper who is now furious.

“What’s this all about?” Yunhyeong asked butting in. Bobby didn’t bother to even acknowledge him. He was still looking at the maknae straight in the eyes, making the maknae feel really intimidated. “I-I’m not- It’s not for you to know, hyung!” Chanwoo said in defence shocking the members.

“Chanwoo..” Yunhyeong said under his breath. Hearing those words, Bobby then stopped facing the maknae and looked forward instead. He folded his arms looking as scary as he always is when he is sulking. Seeing how tense the situation is, Hanbin who was seating next to him poked his shoulder and tried to talk to him.

“Hyung, I’m sure Chanwoo didn’t mean it that way” Hanbin said trying to calm the other rapper but it didn’t work as the latter didn’t respond at all. Chanwoo himself didn’t dare to even look at the older.

“Do you know what I hate more than anything in this world?,” Bobby asked to no one in particular. He then proceeds to continue still crossing his arms leaning back to his seat. “Liars.” He continued causing Chanwoo to feel as if someone shoot an arrow to his heart.

Chanwoo then faced as far as possible from the person beside him and took all his attention to the sight of the window. He buried his face in his arms which was now leaning to the window and shed a couple of tears. No one noticed that he was crying though, because he has always been good at hiding, Bobby hyung said so.
