Youngjae was in his sixth year at Hogwarts when he started to get these messages. Well, messages as in, a howler screaming at him weekly that he "looked cute in his Ravenclaw gown" or "had a cute ". Youngjae was keen on finding out who'd been sending them to him, even if the messages were embarrassing him greatly over and over again.
