Gone Once Again

Sissy was barely awake when she rolled out of bed on a crisp November morning... literally. "Ow! Damn it!" She yelped, waking abruptly as she hit the hard concrete floor of the shack she currently called home. Struggling to free herself from the blanket cocooned around her, she flopped around on the floor, looking much like a fish out of water, for short time. For neither the first or the last time, she was thankful that she didn't have any neighbors or roomates.
