She pushed the bathroom door open and flipped on the light switch, squinting at the sudden burst of fluorescent light. She immediately moved to the sink and some cold water to splash against her face. That’s how people always woke themselves from dreams in movies, so that should do the trick. As she was about to bend down over the faucet, her eyes caught her reflection in the mirror. A head of dark hair, slightly past shoulder length, with a light blue t-shirt hanging from her small frame. Chaeyoung whipped around, expecting to see Mina right behind her, but there was no one else in the small bathroom. Chaeyoung turned back to face the mirror, wide-eyed. Why was she seeing Mina? Where was her own reflection? She looked down at herself, seeing the light blue shirt and shorts. Okay, so she was wearing the same things as the person in the mirror. She lifted a hand to her face and watched to see if her actions matched those of her reflection. They did, perfectly. Chaeyoung gasped as she put a hand against her face. She was looking directly at Mina, who was posing exactly like her.
