"You make me realized that even though I'm a busy teenage guy, I still need to enjoy my life. You make me smile everyday. You make me think about my bright future with you, baby"

She keeps reading the text in her phone over again as her tears stains on her cheeks. It just seems like yesterday that her lover gives the text to her. But it is in fact almost a year since she last hold his assuring hand. Since the last day that she stay beside him and looking at him as he smiled at her. She still can't get over his death. She knew it was coming. That his condition is getting worse as time passed. That his cancer has spread to his brain and it's just the matter of time before she would lose him forever.

"Baby, please... You will only hurt yourself if you stay with me. You know that.... I can't be with you forever. You need to find a new guy that can cherish you. Better than I can."

She close her eyes as more of her tears escape from her eyes. All of the words that he used to said. The memories that they had together keep repeating in her mind. It's driving her crazy. She's longing for him. So much that she can barely take it anymore. She can't go on with her life without the only person that she can be depend on. Her family left her to the orphan when she's a little baby. She grew up to be alone until he came into her life but now... he's being taken away because of the brain cancer.

"Why is the life so mean at me? My family abandoned me. And now, you even took my lover away. What's there left to live in this cruel world?" She says as she stares at the knife beside her.

"Baby, can you promise me?"

"Promise what, love?"

"Don't cry over my death. I would be very upset if you cries. I know how long you can cry and it will harm your health if you do so. So promise me? I will be up in the sky and look after you, baby. "

"How can I'm not crying when that's basically all i can do now... I want you. I need you to keep me sane..."

She looks at the bed side table and pick the frame where they both are smiling happily while in each other's arms, as if nothing can ever break them apart.

"Love! Let's take a picture here. We can put it on our bed side table later~" " Alright baby. Say cheese!"

She place the picture frame back on the table as she smiles bitterly.

"I'm sorry that I can't go on anymore, love. I'm coming to meet you. Wait for me, love. Soon, we will be together again. I love you."

With that said, she grab the waiting knife and slide it along her arm, cutting the veins on it. She smiles as the pain and relieve feeling evolve in her, knowing after the pain she's facing now, she can be together again with her lover that she's longing for months. No more painful waiting. No more of the endless memories repeating in her mind. It's finally.... over.
