Nichchan

I was only joking to Vic when I said to her that she has to hook me up with one of her SNSD friends. I felt some kind of jealousy when I watched Khun and Vic. Having someone to be there for you and someone to share things with and someone to commit with. Well, I do really want to have someone to share my life with. But then, Sherleen gave me a SNSD pictorial book, I started to look at it and hey, someone caught my eyes. She looks different from others. She has a sweet smile and looks really bright. Her name is Sooyoung. It would be nice if I had a chance to know her.

Khun and Vic are enjoying their time after the proposal. Luckily, Khun’s mom already prepared 2 hotel rooms for them, Nichchan and Sherleen. Today is a celebration for them after Khun proposed Vic. F(x) daughters are coming and Sherleen can’t hide her excitement.

“P’Khun, your F(X) daughters are coming ? Yeay!!! We can dance all night”, Sherleen says as she leans to Vic and cuddling to her just like a sibling.

Vic, whose an only child, really happy with the situation that now she got an older brother and 2 beautiful sisters.

Then Khun starts a dangerous conversation.

“So, you both escorted Vic because of mom, or because you need an excuse to go to Seoul ?”, Khun let out his sneaky smile. His mom’s right, sometimes he needs to be smacked in the head.

Nichchan tries to keep his cool gesture while Sherleen already starting to blushes.

“Aha ! Sherleen na ka. You missed me, don’t you ?”, Khun snaps, “But why are you rather hanging to Vic than me ?”. Somewhat there’s a jealousy tone in it.

“I missed you, P’Khun, but…”, Sherleen answers but then she pauses. She turns to look at Vic, hoping that she can help her making excuses.

“But ?”, Khun raises his eyebrow as a sign of curiosity. He won’t let his beloved sister get away that easily.

Then suddenly, Vic saves the day, “She’s just too happy getting me as her sister in law. Right, Sherleen ?”

Then Sherleen nods and make Khun believes her.

While they’re having a family chat, someone knocks on the door. Vic walks to the door and peep out to see who’s coming.

“It’s F(X) daughters !”, She says excitedly.

“This is my older brother, Nichchan. P’Chan, these are my daughters, Luna, Sulli and Krystal”, Khun introduces his daughters to Nichchan.

Nichchan greets them back in Korean, “Annyeonghaseyo…bangapseumnida”, and gives a bow to them.

And as predicted, the F(X) daughters goes crazy over it. They answer in choiring, “Annyeonghaseyo, Oppa…bangapseumnida !!!”

“Ya! Ya! Ahjussi, girls. Not Oppa”, Khun cuts them and gives a pressure on the word ‘Ahjussi’.

The girls giggles and Vic only laughs with Sherleen for a far. The girls once went crazy when they first met their dad, now they goes crazy again meeting their uncle.

“Oh, mossitda (so cool)…”, Luna whisper to Sulli.

Sulli giggles, and whisper, “Oh, just like Appa”

Krystal adds, “Why he has to be our Ahjussi ?”

Vic and Sherleen still laugh together, watching the girls behaving so weird to a handsome ahjussi. Khun who pretends not to hear anything, can’t help not to angry.

“Ya! Ya! Girls! Grab your self! This is your Ahjussi, please respect him as your Ahjussi”, Khun now puts more intonation on his words, giving angry impression to his daughters.

“Ne, Appa…”, they answer in small voice.

“Khun, loosen up. It’s fine if they want to call me Oppa”, Nichchan lowering down the tense.

“Channie, you’re not planning dating one of them, are you ?”, Khun snaps as he concluded a silly thought.

“Of course no. They’re still a teenager”, Nichchan says. The girls hearts just went BOOM, POOF, gone.

Vic is having a meeting with all SM Town. She asked Sherleen and Nichchan to pick her up along with Khun.

“Vic, congratulation! We heard that Nichkhun proposed you”, Yoona, Taeyeon, Sunny, Sooyoung and Seohyun choiring.

“Kamsahamnida…”, Vic answers.

Seohyun then says, “I wonder if it’ll happen to me and Yong Oppa” She says with a longing expression. She falls in love with Yong Hwa.

Vic hugs her and try to comfort her, “Who knows ?”. And Seohyun gives her a big smile.

Suddenly, Khun enters the room with Sherleen and Nichchan. As always, girls went buzzing after seeing Nichchan.

Vic, who tries to set him up with Sooyoung, doesn’t want to loose anytime.

She introduces Nichchan to Yoona, Sunny, Taeyeon and Sooyoung.

“This is Nichchan, he’s my brother in law”, Vic says as she watching over Sooyoung’s expression when seeing Nichchan, and vice versa.

“Annyenghaseyo, Oppa. So Nyuh Shi Dae imnida”, they say together and introduce them selves one by one.

When it’s Sooyoung’s time to introduce herself, she seems a bit blushing and glances at him each time she got the opportunity to. How cute. And then, both of them only exchanging glances. Sherleen is also surrounded by SHINee boys and befriend with Taemin straight away as they’re same age. Khun did gives SHINee boys a killing stare when they flirt with his sister.

Khun, who already finished saying hi to Super Junior, grabs Vic’s arm as a sign to leave.

“It’s nice meeting you all”, Nichchan says as he bows to SNSD girls and gives exchanging glance to Sooyoung before he leaves the room. SNSD girls go crazy after that.

“Oh, he’s cute!”, says Sunny.

“Charming..”, adds Taeyeon.

Sooyoung also sends a glance back at him, giving her sweetest smile.

And that’s their short meeting, but it seems they fell for each other.

Nichchan

The pictorial book didn’t lie at all. She HAS the sweetest smile and really bright. We did exchanged glances back then. Sherleen teases me all the time after that.

“P’Chan, how’s meeting the girls ? Did you have fun ?”, Sherleen asks and gives me a devilish smile. She asks me when Khun and Vic are busy with themselves.

I give her a smile, “well, they’re nice” I give a plain answer.

“I thought you were looking at Sooyoung unni all the time”, she teases again.

“Hey you, kiddo ! How did you know about that ?”, I hug her by her shoulder and walk with her into our hotel.

“I watched you, P’Chan”, she says.

This kid is really observing me well. I pat her head slowly.

“You better watch out yourself. Khunnie perhaps won’t go easy on you if he found out that you like Wooyoung”, I say with little whispering to her.

Her expression’s suddenly change. I see a worry in her.

“Yeah. He’ll probably send me back to Bangkok straight away”, she says.

I hug her tighter now, “Don’t worry, I’ll help you. And don’t think negative about Khunnie. He’s just too protective of you”.

She nods and we both use the lift to go to our room.

“SM Town is having a live show this weekend. I’ll be on stage. Will you both come to watch ?”, Vic asks Nichchan and Sherleen. And they both give her a nod back.

“Sure”, Nichchan answers.

“Definitely, Unni”, Sherleen answers her with excitement.

Then Vic left and Sherleen whisper to his brother.

“You’re going to meet Sooyoung Unni again, P’Chan”, She teases him with a big smile.

Nichchan pats her head playfully, “You naughty, kiddo. I only admire her smile, ok ?”.

“Admire her smile can lead into something”, She says. “Something wonderful”

Nichchan nods his head as an agreement, although, he didn’t sure what his sister meant.

Well, at least he can see Sooyoung’s sweet smile again.

Khun, Sherleen, and Nichchan are already at the venue. Vic is already here since morning, leaving them to eat breakfast without her. Khun, who really worry about her health since she’s pregnant, is bringing her healthy food. The 2 of them walking to the back stage, as F(X) girls cheerfully calling their “new uncle”.

“Chan Ahjussi !!!”, Krystal calls him. Nichchan gives back with a smile.

Sherleen then talking with them as she tries to learn to speak Korean. While Khun is now looking for Vic and asking other members about her. Nichchan being left alone. He doesn’t understand Korean and he doesn’t know anybody here. Then suddenly, just like fate shows the way, SNSD girls walking passing him. They’re about to get up on stage and sing.

“P’Chan, she’s going to up on stage next. Let’s go to the side ! We can watch them clearly from that side”, Sherleen grabs his arm and drags him to the side of the stage. The F(X) girls also joining them.

SNSD girls are on stage now. They’re singing Genie.

Sherleen, Nichan and F(X) girls are watching them and sometimes, F(X) girls dance to the song. Nichchan only laughs when he sees them dancing to the song. He continues to stare back at SNSD girls, searching for Sooyoung. And there, he found her. Sooyoung dancing next to Yuri and now she’s dancing in the front row, still with her sweet smile. Nichchan now really enjoying what he stares at. He can’t take his eyes from her.

Sulli taps on his shoulder and ruins his concentration right away, “Channie Ahjussi, you like her, don’t you ?”

Nichchan frowns and gives her a confuse look, “Who ?”

“Kojitmal (Don’t lie), Ahjussi. You like Sooyoung Unni, right ?”, Luna snaps right away causing him to surprise.

“How did you come up with that ?”, he asks. Sherleen told them ?. My little sister’s really know to pissed me off sometimes.

“We watched you. Staring at her recently”, Krystal answers and followed with Sulli, Luna and also Sherleen’s nods.

“No, I only admire her smile. That’s all”, Nichchan answers plainly.

The song is about to end when SNSD build the last formation and then bow and say thanks to the audiences and bid goodbye.

“Well, at least tell her you admire her smile”, they say in unison and grabs his both arms and drags him to the stage’s side stairs and leave him alone there. Nichchan starts to get nervous and clueless. One by one SNSD girls come down from stage. Nichchan, with the strength he got, stares at Sooyoung directly. Seohyun, Taeyeon and Sunny walk passing him, greet him and he responded awkwardly. They follow to his stare and found out that he’s looking for Sooyoung. The 3 of them giggle and walk away.

Then Sooyoung comes down as the last one. She feels someone’s staring at her and surprise when she sees Nichchan in front of her. She stops and greets him.

“Annyeonghaseyo, Nichchan-ssi. You’re here”, Sooyoung says as she’s trying to calm her self down. Suddenly, her heart starts beating fast.

“Annyeonghaseyo, Sooyoung-ssi. Yeah, Vic invited me”, Nichchan answers, as he tries not to make his ears goes red, just like Khun always did when he’s shy.

Sooyoung nods and now they’re standing without saying anything. Nichchan still thinking inside. He’s not sure whether he has to say that he admires her smile or not. Will it scared her ? Will he did well ?. And then the angel inside him says, Why not trying ? If you fail, that’s okay, at least you’ve tried.

Then he breaks the silence.

“Err…Um… Well… You did well”, Nichchan praises her.

She’s blushing right away, causing Nichchan to think how cute she is.

“Ka..Kamsahamnida”, she answers with stutter.

“Um…and…”, he says.

“And ?”, Sooyoung asks.

“And… I think you have the sweetest smile”, Nichchan says with a small voice, but Sooyoung can still hear him clearly.

“Kamsahamnida. You too ”, Sooyoung replies.

Then, Nichchan confession leads them to talk about a lot of things that night. Well, admiring something definitely can lead into something wonderful.
