Yuri's Pov

I lied on the green grass of my backyard as I heard footsteps coming my way. I opened my eyes as it was Taeyeon, knowing she would need to let out her anger or sadness.

“What's up,” I ask
“Jessica's the problem,” Taeyeon replied
“Oh? What did she want??” I ask, sitting up beside her
“She now wants to be your friend. She kept asking where are you and why are you not at school. Ugh.. so annoying… are you gonna talk to her, even though she rejected you?” Taeyeon ask
“I don't know.”
“Well, whatever you are gonna do, better do it now before it's too late,” Taeyeon said as she stood up and watched her walked away
“Need anymore talking??” I yelled at her as she turned around
“No.. that's all I wanted to talk about.” She said as she turned around and went into the back door

I lied down as I heard her close the door

She now wants to be friends… I don't know what to do now…

I drove to a park near my house as I sat on a bench and watched all the people that were there. After a couple of minutes, someone sat next to me as I looked at that person as it was her.. staring at me, eye to eye.

“I miss you.” She said as I stared at her in silence
“And...I… I love you.” Jessica said as I'm seeing her blush for the first time.
“Is this really happening?” I asked as she slowly nodded while looking away
“I love you too,” I said

“Yuri!” A voice shouted as I was done daydreaming
“H-huh??” I said as I looked at her
“What the heck? I was talking to you and then you go daydream?? Tsk I'm out of here.” She said as she stood and was about to walk away, but I caught her wrist.
“I'm sorry for not listening to you. Sit down and I'll listen to you.” I said as she sat down next to me again and begin to say
“I'm sorry for rejecting your friend request. I just.. don't trust people who bully me, but seeing you risk yourself for me, gives me a change of heart… to become friends with you.. even though… you--” she stopped as I looked at her as she looks away
“I what??” I asked
“You…. like me..” she muttered as I heard it clearly
“That's true. but don't worry. I won't do anything to you.” I said as she hits my arm and look me in the eyes
“What is that supposed to mean??” Jessica asked
“You're just special to me, so I don't want to see you hurt,” I said as I smiled while she looks away again
“Friends?” I ask reaching my hand to her as she looks at me and then my hand
“Friends.” She said as we chair hands
“Cool. Now let's go and find something to eat. I'm hungry and I'm guessing you are too??” I asked
“No, I think I'm-”

Groooowl

“You're stomachs says otherwise,” I said as she blushed
“Fine.” She said as I stood up
“Wanna come over to my place to eat?” I ask as she looks at me.
“I don't mind.”

We walk in my house as I closed the door behind her.

“Wow. Nice place.” She said
“Thanks. My parent’s bought this place when they first moved in together.” I said as we walk into the kitchen
“Oh wow. Where're your parents?” Jessica asked as she sat down on a chair at the kitchen table as I put on my Mickey apron
“They’re on a business trip to the states. You know, company stuff.” I said as she nodded
“What do you want to eat?” I asked
“Anything is fine,” Jessica said as I nod
“You don't have to sit there. You can go in the living room and watch tv if you want.” I said as I was getting my ingredients out.
“Oh okay.”

I then started to cook
After a little while, I finished cooking. I set everything that I made on the kitchen table as I looked up and see no one on the couch, but the tv was still on. I walk to the living room as I saw Jessica sleeping… on my couch. I sat down on the couch beside as I move some of her strand of hair as I watch her sleep.

“How can a pretty girl like you be so beautiful in my eyes?” I muttered as she stirred.
I suddenly stood up as I nudged her, trying not let her know what I did.
“Jessica… It's time to eat.” I said as she slowly opens her eyes
“Mmm… What is it?” She groaned as she slowly sits up as she rubs her eyes
“I'm sorry it took a while to cook… I didn't know I took up most of your time.” I said
“Mmm… It's okay. I already texted my parents about me staying over at my friend’s place.” Jessica said
“Oh… I didn't know you were staying.” I said
“Sorry. I didn't tell you. I was gonna to tell you, but I fell asleep.” she said as I shook my head
“It’s ok. Let's go eat.” I said as she nods

We walk to the kitchen table as we sat down on our seats and ate silently as one of use talk. After we finished eating, I washed the dishes as Jessica was showering.

“Yuri..” I heard her say my name from upstairs bathroom
“Yea,” I said as I finished washing dishes
“Do you have some clothes that I can borrow?” Jessica asked
“Yea. I'll go get them.” I said as I walked upstairs to my room and get clothes for her

I went to my room as I went to my closet and grab short and a white plaid shirt. I went back to the bathroom and knocked the door.

“Jessica. I have your clothes ready.” I said as I heard the door being unlocked
“Thanks.” She said as she reaches her hand to get the clothes out of my hands.
“No problem,” I said as she closed the door.

I walked downstairs as I stopped halfway and looked back at the bathroom door.

How can I get you to like me?

I let out a sigh and continue walking down the stairs to go into the living room and watched tv.
