Sungyeol knows Durmstrang gets a bad reputation for being a school that teaches the Dark Arts, students and teachers sometimes being seen in a negative light in various parts of the world because of it. However, Sungyeol also knows that there are areas that willingly embrace a human's inner darkness as a strength instead, because many people know that dark magic isn't inherently evil and is needed for the balance of things within the world: Durmstrang staff, students, and alumni included. So when Sungyeol decides to study abroad for a year at Hogwarts, he's prepared for some of the backlash that he will most likely receive... But what he's not prepared for is the hate and fear that Hogwarts students like to consistently give to one of their own, a quiet fixture in the Hufflepuff house. Especially since Sungyeol can only feel amazement towards the other student, because really, it's not everyday that you see a wizard with an abundance of dark magic that permeates the air like a gaseous smoke and hangs off them like a very thick cloak.
