Castle University. The most ancient and most prestigious university in the country. A place where children of the moon, the shadows and the dead come together. A long line of my family's ancestors practiced witchcraft in the university and I'm next in line.

In the four years I've stayed there, I met some of the nicest people I know today.

My best friend, Chanyeol, who's always absent in class every full moon. Junmyeon, my next door neighbor, who's always in a frenzy to double-check the COD (Cause of Death) and TOD (Time of Death) in the papers stuck to his clipboard because if not, his father would roll his eyes back in anger. It's not exactly the most pleasant thing to see. No joke on that. There's Yixing wearing a hoodie on a daily basis and Jongdae complaining about Minseok's sparkly dust getting caught in his tongue. Then we have Jongin smelling like spring flowers all the time, Sehun freaking everyone out with his abilities and Kyungsoo, my cousin, judging them all from the corner of his eye.

Everything was going great. (You could say that.)

Cue Chanyeol's childhood best friend coming into the picture. Everyone can sense who he is. Or rather, what he is.

No heartbeat. Pale skin caked by too much brown foundation to blend in the crowd. Loved to smile. He obviously does that to show off his sharp canines.

But of course, fact number one: all vampires are cocky and fact number two: witches and vampires never get along with each other.

Inspired by the movie, "The Addams Family Values" and the novel, "The Savages"

Expect macabre and more of the dark arts in the story lmao I don't really know how to explain this. It's my first time to write in first person and use past tense so bear with me if I make mistakes. Oh, and no . I'll try to add y times on some chapters but this is purely dark romance (?) if there's such a term. I'll keep this between 15-30 chapters. I'm so whipped for Baekhyun oh god this is my third series with him. Subscribe, upvote and please, comment. It gives me motivation.
