It Has Arrived
Description
She knew.
She knew the moment she sat up in bed after getting a pillow wacked on her face and blanched in discomfort.
The bloated feeling. The tenderness. The uncomfortable slickness. And worst of all the feeling as if an elephant had parked its on her stomach all night and made itself comfortable.
The cramps. Oh god the cramps.
After a quick run to the bathroom and a quick glance at her phone to see that yes, today was the first day of actual promotions on shows and therefore a hugely busy schedule, Soomin confirmed it.
The woman’s curse. It had arrived.
Foreword
Let's be real here, periods exist. While they might not be as dramatic as I made it sound up there, it's something that crossed my mind regarding idols. I was watching a Gugudan performance and a thought popped into my head (as strange thoughts often do): there are enough members in this group that at least one of them has to be on her period right now. Thus this oneshot was born.
I'm not terribly familiar with girl groups, so I created a generic one with random names that I liked. So here is the random workings of my mind that created an idol member going through her day on her period.
