To A New Beginning
Description
Minzi lives in a small town in Daegu hoping to start fresh from her pressured life she left behind in California. She left for one thing and one thing only, to have a new beginning, new friends, new job, and no drama. Life before was hectic with boy drama and death of her mom, betrayed by friends she thought she could trust, she wanted it all gone and moving was a way to do it. On her new day in Daegu, she hears about an audition to be a trainee at BigHit Entertainment, since she was pretty good and singing and dancing, she decided to sign up. Where will this take her? Will she finally get what she is looking for?
Foreword
Ji-eun walks down the sidewalk, head full of adventurous thoughts, then all of a sudden on the wall over yonder, there is a poster stating "Trainee Audtion for BigHit Entertainment on February 16, 2017. All acts must contain some sort of talent to participate." Ji-eun smiles.
"Audition huh, well I am gifted in piano and singing, maybe this could be my shot. Wow only a few days...this is going to be one hell of a week." She plucked the poster off of the wall and walks down the street smiling holding it to her side.
5 DAYS LATER...
"Kim Ji-eun, your next." Managernim's assistant said looking at me.
"Here goes nothing" I took a breath and stood up and some girls wished me luck.
I walked in and noticed there was a curtain infront of the stage, my mind went blank.
"You can take a seat at the piano over there." I glanced over at the piano she gestured towards.
"Why is there a curtain?" I asked looking confused
"Well didnt you know, this is a blind audition. When the 7 winners are chosen afterward, then they will see your face." She laughed and I joined along feeling stupid. I walked over to the piano and took a seat. My breath became frequent as I heard for my que to begin playing.
