Behind the scenes of Joshua Hong

Description

To add onto adjectives that could describe girls my age who face similar difficulties

of being ordinary and easy to forget, I would want to describe myself in 3 words:

1) Determined

2) In love

3) A Carat

I remember coming home from school everyday, crying about a million things I wished I wouldn't have

to had faced that day. But at the same time, I also remember wiping off my tears after turning on my TV

to something inspiring. Something giving out strength like water droplets: free and everflowing. Something

as warm as the mass of the sun against the many winters Seoul had to freeze through. Something that

could make even a bullied girl forget about the pains and sorrows that come with being ordinary and

exceptionally thin. And that something was Jeon Wonwoo.

Foreword

We all have stories, my mom would tell me. Some of us just had the audacity to combine dreams with lives to make heavenly realistic ones that would one day be either heard by tons or perhaps just burried in our hearts. I knew self-composing idols like Seventeen have had their stories heard by tons through their music. But there's one burried in every fan's heart that was equally heavenly, I could assure you.

Do you know what it feels like to stand in the middle of a crowd half sweating from the heat of screaming, jumping fangirls and half sweating from the heat radiated from the Idols? In a hall full of thousands of people, my eyes were fixated only towards you. But for you, I was just one of the many who looked only at you.

"OH did you hear? Pledis is holding auditions starting next week for their new girl group!" said Nayoung in class sitting a few benches apart from me, fortunately. I read the newpaper quietly beside the window in the room but still having my attention drawn towards the conversation occuring beside me.

"Being under the same label would give us the chance of personally getting to know Seventeen!" said Soonyoung, who was probably thinking of auditioning along with Jihye. Although I don't follow Pledis' other groups, I hadn't thought about this idea before this which sort of, much to my surprise, sounds brilliant if it worked. Even though it was one in a thousand chance it might.

Hello! It's riyoko again with my first ever Seventeen fanfic, Behind the scenes of

Joshua Hong. As you must have figured form my previous stories as well,

Every group I make a fanfic on has a different concept. For my BTS fics, all have

fantasy/out of the world kind of an experience for the readers I try to employ.

But for my Seventeen fics, I am trying to keep the personalities of the characters

(Especially the members of Seventeen) as realistic and belivable as possible. So

I'm going for more of a realistic approach that is easier to imagine in my Seventeen

fics than the previous ones, as these are far easier to picture with the real seventeen

members. Thank you for reading. Hope you enjoy!
