Krystal leaned her back on the bench which placed on the central park of her school complex. As a big complex, no wonder that this school has so many parks. It’s independent class and Krystal decided to borrow some books and excluded herself from library

“I bet now library is very full” suddenly a hoarse voice snapped Krystal. She turned her head to find a shorter girl who playfully sat in between the rail behind the bench

Seeing Krystal just looking at her, the shorter girl chuckled “I knew you already know me, Krystal Jung”

“I don’t know you” Krystal muttered as she turned her head back to the book

“You don’t think that I took your sister away, right?”

“What are you talking about?” Krystal finally has the attention to that girl, who still giggling by herself

“Okay sorry”

“Hey, don’t leave” said Krystal when she realized that the shorter girl slowly walk away “Kim Taeyeon”

“Now you called me” Taeyeon laughed and takes a seat beside Krystal “I know you are interested with the case”

“Me? No”

“Who else will read our school map?” Taeyeon laughed again “The only person who will take a look is the person who want to know about the route”

Taeyeon is fast enough to snatch the map from Krystal when the younger just left gaped

“And you are looking at the gym map”

“That was…”

“That will be my concern too, since I was on the scene” Taeyeon smirked

“You are annoying” Krystal sighed while looking at Taeyeon “Why don’t you go with your girlfriend?”

“As in your sister” Taeyeon stood “We separated for this class and I think mine is boring”

“Where will you go?”

“Now you care?” Taeyeon tilted her head and laughing

“I know Jessie is included on your investigation and I hope she didn’t harm herself”

“Don’t worry, she had me”

“Taeyeon-ssi…”

“I know maybe you will scold me because I’m not in your league for being your sister’s girlfriend, but I swear to God that I will protect her”

“Anyway, if you want to know more about the case you can call me. Outside of your sister, of course”

Seeing the silence of Krystal, Taeyeon decided to leave the youngest Jung. Krystal actually feeling curious about why suddenly Taeyeon talked about the case instead of her sister

“You skipped class again?” Jessica frowned when saw Taeyeon walking into her at the end of fourth subject today

“Pretty bored without you there” said Taeyeon playfully. Jessica was about to scolded the older girl when her sight catches the bandage at Taeyeon’s lower arm

“Is that so hurt?”

“Ah…” Taeyeon was forgot that she like to folded her shirt and now it showed the bandage as well “It’s okay, not so deep”

“Be careful” Jessica huffed “You made me worry last night”

“Uwww, I have lovely girlfriend from now” Taeyeon circled Jessica’s waist with her arm and pulled her closer, which make the brunette blushing for a bit

“Stop teasing”

“Oops” Taeyeon giggled seeing Jessica is blushing “Anyway, we will meet the others after school. I think Nichkhun and Taecyeon had the information about the case”

“Okay”

“And I have something to do at lunch time” Taeyeon scratched her nape “I’m sorry I couldn’t accompany you for lunch”

“Hmm” Jessica looking at Taeyeon who nervously grinning “What are you doing? Music Club?”

“Not about the club, something important. I will tell you later, okay?”

“Yea” Jessica just nodded when Taeyeon took her hand, back to their classroom to face their last subject before the lunch break

“They are dating?” Victoria creased her eyebrows when looking at two girls who walking happily hand in hand

“Wooyoung said yes” TOP answered “And Mother told me that something weird actually happened at Taeyeon, looks like Mother already met her before”

“Is Taeyeon related to ‘special team’ of Jessica’s father?”

“Gosh, maybe” TOP turned his head to his partner “She might be part of them, remember when she was alone when beat Lee Jongsuk and Lee Minho last time? I swear that she used kind of trick of Thai Boxing”

“It’s relatable” said Victoria “Let’s go, we need to dig more information about her and hide our roles at Kris’ case”

“The CCTV footage showed that Chansung also came into restroom after Kris” said Taecyeon while munching his chips. The detective team, okay Tiffany named them like that, decided to gather after the school over at the Taeyeon’s favorite place

“I was asking some of Basketball club and they said that Chansung had some problems before with Kris” Nichkhun added

“Anyway, some people are being curious why we are asking them” said Tiffany while pouting. She always hates when people start to seeing at her, as in many people hate her as a Korean-American

“Yah, Tiff, don’t worry” Jessica patted Tiffany’s back “We can always beat them”

“Wooo scaryyyy” Nichkhun and Taecyeon teased Jessica

“You got scary girl, Taeyeon” said Taecyeon while wiggling his eyebrows

“Yah!” Jessica slapped Taecyeon’s arm which make the boy flinched

“Enough enough guys” said Tiffany while laughing “Let’s start our meeting again”

“So, did Chansung already asked by one of us?” Taeyeon start the discussion

“Not yet” Nichkhun answered “I was afraid before, because I thought that the news about us was presented at the scene already spread”

“Hmm” Taeyeon thinking

“How about Jessica?” Taecyeon butted in “She’s not there and I thought it will be okay if Chansung will be asked by her”

“Is it okay, Jessie?” Tiffany turned her head to her best friend, seeking for agreement. Tiffany was about to open again when she realized that Taeyeon’s face formed a frown “Tae, if you don’t like the idea of Jessie’s coming alone, we will be there to looking for her”

Jessica turned her face to Taeyeon who sighed and looking at her eyes. It’s not so usual Jessica feels like Taeyeon will be overprotective to her, as in she usually being easy going

“No no it’s not like that” Taeyeon waves her hands but Tiffany knows she’s lying. Feeling no use if still talking about Taeyeon’s overprotectiveness, Tiffany starting the next step

“So, Jessie will ask Chansung and we will stay for her back up” said Tiffany

“Call!” said Jessica and Taecyeon while Nichkhun and Taeyeon nodded in approval

“I think you can ask him tomorrow before lunch time. I always see he bought a can of orange juice alone before going to cafeteria” said Nichkhun

“Okay, I will ask him between the time” Jessica nodded

“That’s good for the first move!” Taecyeon exclaimed happily “How about we celebrate with the one song from Kim Taeyeon!”

“Geez” Taeyeon shook her head after saw Taecyeon’s child side

“Go, give us your song” said Jessica sweetly “I miss your voice anyway”

Taeyeon smiled back at Jessica while walking at the old piano “I thought you guys hate this place”

“At the first time, yeah” said Tiffany “It’s so creepy”

“I know” said Taeyeon. She takes a seat in front of the piano and adjusted the seat, before punches some keyboards “What do you want to hear, guys?”

“You choose” said Tiffany

Taeyeon smiled again and starts the intro, a melodious note are fulfilling the empty building as in the rest looking at her
