Description

Goodbye.

Such a small, yet powerful word.

You never know when you are going to have to say it, or when you will need but won't get the chance to.

So, should you always be reserved and prepared to say it, keeping it at the edge of your tongue, or should you always choose to live your life to the fullest, accepting things as they come and just take it from there?

 Jung Soojung

Jung Soojung wasn't an ordinary person; she was the kind of person who only a few people would understand. A relatively fitting word for her personality, would be the word wallflower. She always observed people and everything else around her, but she didn't talk a lot. She was always thinking, analysing, and was too busy constructing complex dream-like plans inside her head. She really loved the arts, especially literature and dancing; ballet in particular. But it was something that she had been forced to give up on due to her very busy every day life. Her dream was to become a professional ballerina, but her parents had forbidden her to chase her dream. As an introvert, she prefered to be with the company of her own self rather than being with other people. Most of her life, the people she knew would constantly disappoint her and let her down, therefore she had decided to, more or less, give up on them too.

She was not the kind of person you could get close to easily. It was simply too hard for people and things to catch her attention. She never really desired to have any type of social interactions, except for the company of her cat; Snow. A white ragdoll cat, that she was given by somebody important, somebody from her past. With that somebody being the only person who Soojung had ever cared for, the only person who had ever managed to come close to her. Kim Jongin; who, in the end, was, just another person who had let her down.

 Kim Jongin

Jongin was a dancer. He was the exact definition of it, cause he was just too good at it. Dancing was his biggest passion and he had always wanted to help other aspiring dancers through their difficult beginnings.

He was an emotionally closed off person, but was willingly disguising it with an extroverted facade. To the people who didn't really know him, he seemed like a very outgoing individual. He was genuinely friendly and kind to everyone he knew, even to the people he had just met. There was something about him, something that lured people in. And that was something that everyone admired about him. Boys wanted to be him, and girls wanted to be with him. But Jongin himself wasn't interested in those every-day type of people he met all the time. He had had a few relationships around the years, but none of them was truly fulfilling. None of them had given him what he truly desired. He was constantly dreaming and constantly on the hunt of something ㅡsomeone rare, someone extraordinary, the kind of person you can only meet once in your life.

And he did find that person, as soon as he laid eyes on Jung Soojung.
