this is not an update im sorry. And really honestly you dont have to read it but i feel like this topic to too big of a topic to talk about on an authors note. But i think its very important. 

just a warning im sorry if this might trigger you. You honestly dont have to read this if you dont want to but ive been wanting to talk about it for awhile. Im gonna talk depression and suicide 

I just finished reading an angst one shot about suicide. And i just want to talk about mental illnesses, depression and anxiety. 

Ive been wanting to write about this for awhile. 

some people tend to tell people who are suffering from mental illnesses to just "get over it" and to those who suffer from physical injuries to "get better" is ing stupid. 

People suffer more from mental illnesses longer than physical. We all know physical injuries CAN get better but we never know if people will get better from mental illnesses. 

Suicide, mental illnesses and addiction are the only diseases we blame the person for. 

Its okay if you're struggling. 

Its always okay to ask for help. Its not okay to not as for help. 

These are not empty words. 

I have delt with depression. I have delt with suicide thoughts from the age of 11 to 12. 

Im still struggling with anxiety. 

To be honest sometimes its so bad i start to shake and have an anxiety attack. 

Im living proof that life will get better and so are a m
