to give a little bit more info about quixotic, it is basically an entertainment based roleplay where roleplayers are either trainees or staff. the trainees get placed together in a group when the ceo deems them ready,and the will debut with title tracks and all that good stuff. the staff, are the people who help out with the concepts and members of the groups, help to manage their pronlems or scandals and work load. the staff members have no soecific role as they are flexible to be able to help around.
