HER STORY

She is sitting on the couch in the living room. Waiting for one guy to show up. She stared at the white envelope on the table in front her.

She waits

And wait

And wait

It’s 1 am and still there is no sign of her boyfriend.

The next morning when she wakes up, the guy, her boyfried, Kim Junmyeon, was sleeping soundly next to her.

She looks at his features, admiring his beauty.

She was cooking breakfast when Junmyeon approached her.

‘Hey, you’re not going to work today?’ He asked

‘No, I took the day off.’ She replied

‘Ooh.’ Was his only response

And that the end of their conversation

The night comes and Junmyeon is still busy with his phone, texting someone, when it was supposed to be their day.

She wanted to talk to him about something, that’s why she took the day off.

‘Oppa....’ She started as she looks at him

‘Hm??’ His eyes still glued on the phone

‘I have something to tell you....’

‘Hmm...’

‘Oppa... please pay attention to me....’ She whines a bit

‘Hmm.....’

She started to get annoyed by his response

‘I’m leaving oppa.... I got transferred to America....’ She said

‘Hmm....’ is still the only sound that left his lips

And that broke her heart.... She is leaving and he doesn’t even say anything, he doesn’t even pay any attention to her, instead, he just continued staring at his phone.... without even sparing a glance at her....

With that, she stands up and goes to their room.

While he is still staring at his phone, and smiles once in a while reading his texts...

A week has passed and it was time for her to pack up.

She and Junmyeon never really had a conversation this past week. He is still his usual self lately....  always coming home late.... and not paying any attention to her....

And tonight is just like any other night, Junmyeon still haven’t come back yet... it’s her last night.... his last chance to stop her from leaving... yet, he doesn’t shows up the entire night....

The sun rises once again... telling her it is the day... and there’s still no Junmyeon...

She goes up from her bed and go to shower then prepared to go to the airport.

She stared at the living room one last time.....

And.....

Click.....

Kim Junmyeon finally shows up.... looking somewhat messy.... and smelled of alcohol....

He stares at her, confusion written in his eyes....

‘Where are you going??’ He asked

‘I’m leaving....’ She replied

‘W-what??’ He stuttered, can’t believe what he just heard

‘I’ve told you.... oppa....’

He stunned, not able to say anything....

She walked to him, hug him one last time.... and whispered to him, with a tint of pain in her voice...

‘I hope.... you’re happy..... With her....’

And with that, she let go and walks out of the door....

He was unable to move... he was unable to stop her....

At the airport

She walks towards the gate...

And stopped her step....

Tears are on the verge of her eyes....

She looks behind....

There's no Junmyeon....

Kim Junmyeon didn’t stop her....

And so she goes on with her step....

With her life....
