Jungkook sat beside Taehyung on the couch after eating, a good distance separating them, their eyes fixated on the television as they watched the show say something about a successful and young businessman, Jungkook got bored as he watched the television.

"And now we will know further about him, everyone please give a round of applause for the CEO of Min Enterprise, Min Yoongi!"

Jungkook didn't lay it much mind but, he then felt an intimidating presence beside him, he turned his head to see Taehyung's eyes glowing red, his presence becoming intimidating by the second and Jungkook gulped his fear down.

"H-Hey.. Tae--"

"Just you wait Yoongi, you will pay for betraying me"

Jungkook felt chills run down his spine as he said those words venomously, until Taehyung turned to Jungkook, who was looking at him in slight concern with a mixture of fear

"Was I mean just now?" Taehyung asked, Jungkook shrugged but then nodded his head at Taehyung, who blinked.

"Am I supposed to say sorry then?"

"Yes"

"Then I'm sorry"

Jungkook sighed and pat Taehyung's shoulder, looking up at the latter with a slight smirk on his face, his hand still on Taehyung's right shoulder

"So where do we start? We need to plan this out because we are going to see them" Jungkook said, Taehyung nodded his head and bowed at Jungkook, until he felt his heart beat once, and then it stopped

Wait.

His heart beated once.

It can't be.

Taehyung felt a new emotion rush through him, he racked his brain for any clue for this emotion until he realized it after si much thinking

Gratitude

Taehyung was thankful. Thankful for Jungkook was helping him, he nodded his head at Jungkook

"Thank you for helping me" And Jungkook was taken aback by this, he stared deep into Taehyung's eyes and still sae nothing

"I thought corpses can't feel" Jungkook asked again, curiosity getting the best of him, Taehyung nodded his head also

"Yeah they don't" Taehyung replied back, Jungkook was even more confused now, he stared at Taehyung more and he thought that is was only his imaginations so he let it slip

"It's nothing, anyways, we need to plan tonght though, where do we start?" Jungkook asked, Taehyung nodded and they planned out everything all night.

Morning came and Jungkook and he turned to see Taehyung, wearing a mask on his face, covering his mouth up to his nose, a beanie on his head, Jungkook patted his shoulder in reassurance

"We will find them, alright?" Jungkook said, Taehyung nodded his head at him and they nodded.

"I'm putting you in Seokjin's house for awhile, it will take a lot of convincing, but I'm sure he'll understand, I'll pick you up after work" Jungkook said, the care was still in that voice but Taehying didn't seem to notice, they walked to Jungkook's car and they drove off

The car ride was silent as Jungkook took him to Seokjin, Taehyung looked out the car window, seeing many houses pass by, some people walking around, even a couple making out on the bench, he innerly Sighs

'humans'

The car suddenly stopped by a house, it looked cosy on the outside, Jungkook got out of the driver's seat and opened the door for Taehyung, who went out the car and looked at the house for awhile

"This is not your house" Taehyung said, stating the obvious as Jungkook rolled his eyes at the emotionless corpse

"Obviously, we're at Seokjin's house now" Jungkook said, Taehyung nodded his head and the ravenette knocked on the door three times and revealed a blonde doll looking male, he was surprised to see another man with Jungkook, it was a new sight

"Jungkoo-"

"I'll explain later, but can you let us in?" And the male didn't hesitate and let Jungkook and Taehyung in, Taehyung and Jungkook sat on the couch with Seokjin across them

"Okay so start speaking" And Jungkook did, and the male was surprised, adn Taehyung learned that he was Seokjin, Seokjin smiled lightly at Taehyung

"Hi Taehyung" He said, his voice towards him was gentle, but Taehyung didn't seem to mind

"Hi" He said, and Seokjin looked over at Jungkook worriedly

"I'll pick him up by 9:00 evening, I just have to finish this case and get some research about it" Jungkook said, standing up and walking towards the door with Taehyung and Seokjin in tow

"I'll be going now, see you later Taehyung" Jungkook said and walked out the house and onto the police station, where he'll start to give Taehyung a helping hand.

As Taehyung saw Jungkook leave, he felt another beat of his heart, pumping once and then falls silent, the familiar feeling swarming into him again
