When I had first seen his face, I was mesmerised. I hadn't know people as beautiful as him were real but yet the world had proved me wrong again. There had been an air of confidence around him, which I admired, but I couldn't shake off how calculated and careful his every move was, as if he was in constant fear of breaking something. How weird, I had thought. However, this wasn't what had surprised me completely. It was how he stared back at me, eyes boring into mine with the same curious expression I was sure my face held too. Call me crazy, or whatever, but at that moment, I swear I felt something click inside of me; as if one part of my soul had finally been complete. And for once, I felt comfort and relief, as if a single look from this stranger had managed to get rid of all my worries. Whatever it was, I'm certain I want more of it.

hello readers!
usually, i would never even attempt to write a fanfic here on aff because im just too scared my writing won't be good enough. but now, i've managed to gather some confidence to post this. i've had this plot stuck in my head for a while (it was originally supposed to be a wheetae fanfic lol) because aff is currently experiencing a jinyoung x oc fanfic drought, so posting this is a massive relief. as for the update schedule, it'll most likely be once a week but there will be times where i'll have to delay it. this is my first year of gcses so studying is extremely important. also, please don't send me messages demanding to update sooner because i'll most likely just not post it. i want to write this without feeling the pressure to update.
but with all that aside, i hope you all enjoy reading as much as i enjoy righting it!
