A story about 3 people who work at a cafe and how their lives are intertwined even if they don't wish it to be. Lay and Ae-ra are best friends and when Lay's girlfriend dies, the murder suspect gets off scot-free and leaves no traces. Police conclude the cause as a suicide and close the case. Meanwhile, Kang Joon who also works at the cafe, is feared by a skeptical Ae-ra who believes Kang Joon is evil and has something to do with the death of the previous employee.
