The Debtor hereby undertakes that, during the duration of this Agreement, he shall:

Take up full-time residence at [*address], being the Creditor’s residence.

Be responsible for 50% of all household utility costs incurred as a result of (1).

Attend promptly to the Creditor’s every demand, within such reasonable timeframe that may be implemented by the Creditor.

Not be seen in the company of any person other than the Creditor.

Fulfill all his obligations as set out in this Agreement.

Not divulge the existence of this Agreement or its terms to any third party.

Not indulge in any legally dubious or criminal activity.
