“I just don’t love you anymore.”
You stared at him, vision blurred from the tears streaming down your face. How could he not love you anymore? How can he just stop loving you after everything you went through together? But he was a liar. He still loved you. Hell he loved you more than anything, but he also hurt you the most. 

He watches you as you storm out of the room. Visibly hurt by his words. He didn’t mean to break your heart, he knew that your relationship was failing, but he still loved you. Without thinking he runs after you. 
He spots you across the street and without paying attention, starts to run across the road shouting your name, too caught up in his thoughts to see the lights headed in his direction and the sound of a car horn getting louder…

You didn’t want to believe what he had said was true. You didn’t want things to be ruined between you. But you also wanted to be as far away from him as possible in this moment. As you walk along the sidewalk you hear a faint shout of your name covered by the sound of a car horn. And then a thud. 
You turn around to see Taeyong. Lying lifelessly on the pavement in front of the car. Blood slowly showing on his clothes. 
You freeze. You try to scream his name and run to him but you hear no noise and all you can do is stand still. 

He didn’t see the car. All he felt was a hit to his side. Then he saw your face, blurring slowly in his mind, until complete darkness. He wanted to hold you again. He wanted to take back what he said. But he couldn’t move. He couldn’t speak. And slowly he lost all feeling. 

You stare at him. Lying peacefully on the hospital bed. All you see is him. All you hear is the loud beep signaling that he has left you forever.

As they place the sheet over him you don’t cry. You can’t. Your body is too tired. All you can do is stand and stare at your first love who broke your heart twice in one day.
