welcome to NOCEUR, a place where we aspire to have all and everyone feel welcomed and constantly prompted to socialize! our specialty is our weekly prompts, ones for both people just looking to have fun and for people who aspire to further their muse by lengthy paragraphs and plots! we hope this will keep everyone social, with not only their close friends, but new arrivals as well! we hope you stay up all NOCEUR with us.

BASICS

- god modding, meta gaming, etcetera will not be tolerated

- be respectful and welcome everyone, if you consistently do not welcome people we will count that as a strike as we strive to be an active, welcoming community

- we accept all asians (including ulzzangs) except for the deceased, stars, youtubers, underaged characters, and people that have expressed that they don’t want to be roleplayed (e.g. giriboy, ulzzang baek sumin)

- no face chasing or OTP chasing

- no dating for 2 weeks after arrival as well as no engagement for at least 2 months

- moving couples are fine if both parties tell us they are moving

- be at least semi-literate, that means no excessive use of memes

- is allowed in public, but everything must be kept under 1 thread

- we will run the 3 warnings rule so after 3 strikes, you're out

- no mpreg

OOC

- must be 16 years old or older

- keep ic and ooc separate

- talk to an admin if you have an issue with someone, it's our job to make sure everyone is happy and content with their roleplaying experience

ACTIVITY

- inform the admins of a hiatus, semi-hiatuses last 2 weeks while a full hiatus lasts 1 month

- activity is counted as interactions on the wall, not pm

- subscribe to this story AND upvote before doing anything

- reservations last 3 days

- reserve/apply with an aff account that is at least 2 months old

- a friend may vouch if the account does not meet those requirements

- add the admins within 24 hours to be accepted into the roleplay

- there is a 2 character limit, however you may ask the admins for a 3rd. you may not have more than one character from the same group (say for example your first character is baekhyun from EXO, you may not also be sehun from EXO)

- reapply to face change, then let the admins know who you're changing to and also clean the account

- put your favorite song at the bottom of your application so we know you read these rules

- you must wait 1 week to change characters

- english/romanized names ONLY, but no nicknames

- please inform an admin if you get disabled either by a second character or tumblr/aff

- make sure to change friend requests to "friends of friends"

- ask in a comment to reserve

- to apply, comment the following information: the idol's full name, stage name, and group as well as the password found somewhere in the rules/how to join
