Chapter 10.

EARLY WINTER: 2016

Byul looked at the time: 9:05 pm

“God is he going to be late as usual?” she muttered remembering that she had to wait for thirty minutes to their last date because he lost track of time while composing the songs

“We were supposed to meet at 9” she muttered as she looked over the city of Seoul from an isolated spot in the Namsan tower.

“I miss you” she whispered to herself as she rubbed her hands together and grabbed her coat tightly

*I’m freezing*

Byul stood there looking over the beautiful Han River embracing the city of Seoul when someone wrapped his warm coat covering her

“Aren’t you cold?” Hanbin asked as Byul smiled, continuing to stand in the same position

“You’re here” she smiled as Hanbin hugged his coat tighter covering his girlfriend

“I miss you” he said leaning his head on hers

“Na du” she smiled cuddling under her boyfriend’s warm coat

“I thought you’d be late again” she pouted

“I’m sorry babe…I promised I’d make up for last time” he apologized as Byul smiled a bit

“At least you made it. And that’s more than enough for me” Byul smiled as Hanbin laughed a bit

“The boys want to meet you as soon as possible” Hanbin said as Byul made a face

“…So that I can cook for them? No thanks” she muttered as Hanbin hugged her tightly

“Nah, I won’t let my girlfriend become their maid…” Hanbin said as Byul chuckled

“…You are already my maid” he smirked as Byul turned around and hit his arm

“So funny” she said sarcastically

“Ah that hurt” Hanbin muttered as Byul looked at him

“I love you” he winked as Byul made a face but burst out laughing

“I miss you” she said wrapping her arms around his neck

“I love the way you smell” she said burying her head on his chest as Hanbin chuckled a bit wrapping his arms around her waist

“You know I’m all yours” he smiled as Byul looked at him

“Kiss me” she said smiling as Hanbin looked at her

“Anything for my baby” he chuckled leaning in as he cupped her cheeks

“I love you baby” he smiled kissing her.

2016 did turn out to be such a beautiful year for me. I found my soul mate, my life partner, the one I love…all in one person… Kim Hanbin.

I hope I am that person for you too.

One thing I’ll never forget about last spring is that I realized what my heart really feels. I knew who made me happy and whom I love… Spring made me realize that I love Kim Hanbin and no one else.
