Yugyeom, a 16 year old boy who is still in highschool, is involved in a car crash, he is stuck in a coma but he meets a girl during his time there. For 14 months they only have each other,  until Yugyeom wakes up and discovers the sad truth...

Whilst Yugyeom is asleep his six close friends and his mother and sister each visit him daily each updating him on their problems and news which can hardlybe transmitted and understood properly due to the heavy sobbing and sniffling because the chances of Yugyeoms survival are extremly minimal.
