PART 2
INTERVIEW OF KINGHEECHULGETTING INTIMATE WITH KINGHEECHUL
WELCOME BACK..IN THIS SEGMENT WE WILL BE READING ABOUT KINGHEECHULS FAN FICTIONS, IDEAS AND INSPIRATIONS BEHIND THOSE STORIES..
PART 2 WRITING FANFICTIONS
TINA: How and when did you decide to be a fan fic author?
HANA: 2009 was when I started writing. I’ve been reading fics and had a strong urge to find out what it would be like if I wrote my own
TINA: What made you to sit down and actually write something?
HANA: those urges lol
TINA: What is the first fanfic you completed?
HANA: a yoosu fic called “he’s mine, only mine”
TINA: How did you get your idea for your first fanfic?
HANA: I don’t exactly remember. all I know was I had no solid plot and wrote whatever came to mind which explains why the fic was all over the place
TINA: Have you had any prior experience of writing before your first fanfic?
HANA: yeah, once during high school. We had to write a novel (in my native language) for a project. It was traumatizing to say the least
TINA: Have you ever plagued by doubts on your storyline?
HANA: of course. All the time
TINA: How did you promote your fanfic to readers?
HANA: I didn’t. I didn’t know how to so I just kept on updating
TINA: Have you ever been anxious about how the readers receive your story?
HANA: I used to. But not as much anymore. If they like it, then thank you very much. If not, oh well, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea
TINA: Thoughts on how you felt when you see the first comment on the first story? Do remember who is the first commenter?
HANA: I felt really, really happy. I couldn’t believe someone’s actually reading it. I don’t remember since that was ages ago on winglin
TINA: How do you prepare yourself before writing a fanfic?
HANA: well I just make sure I have my muses with me
TINA: Do you work out plot line or do you prefer to see where your ideas or inspiration take you?
HANA: the funny thing is that whenever I have a solid outline for a fic, I end up losing my mojo for that particular thing. All the chaptered and most of my one shots are totally random. Whatever pops in my head, I write and make it work so I try to not waste much time into making an outline
TINA: When and how does your inspiration or muse come to you?
HANA: it just… does?
TINA: What is the weirdest place you were struck by inspiration for your fanfic? Did you write the plot?
If yes what is the title of the fanfic?
HANA: the toilet while you know, the dirty stuff, though I’m pretty sure this happens to the majority of the writer’s lol and yes I did. The first installment for the chubby honey bunny verse is one :)
TINA: How much research do you do for your story?
HANA: as thoroughly as my laziness permits ha-ha no really, I want to be accurate when it comes to stuff. Like, for example, yunho’s hypothyroidism in chb. And also, that one eunhae druggie fic
TINA: What is the easiest part of writing?
HANA: writing the author’s note lol
TINA: What is the hardest part of writing a story?
HANA: the intro and the title. Personally, it’s easier to write the ending and fillers than how you would start the story
TINA: The writer’s worst nightmare the dreaded writer’s block.
When is the worst writer’s block you ever had? How did you overcome it?
HANA: right now. It’s been going on for almost a year now. Though I can manage to write some things every now and then, it still doesn’t feel satisfying. I still have it as we speak
TINA: Any useful tips on how to overcome the writer’s block?
HANA: I don’t think I have the right to give a tip when I’m suffering the block myself
TINA: Have you written any collaboration with other author’s? If yes name of the fanfic.
HANA: I have. It’s called round and round, lost and found. Its horella
TINA: How do you describe your writing style? Do you think you have your own personal writing style?
HANA: messy lol through years and years of writing and read other’s people’s works; I guess it’s safe to say that I have finally developed my own style. There’s not much to it though
TINA: How do you think you have evolved creatively throughout the years? Do you notice any change in the way you write?
HANA: I’d like to think I have. Yes, of course. I used to be too dialogue-y but now I try to control the dialo-gues I put
TINA: How important are readers and their comments?
HANA: important to an extent that they help keep me going. I don’t usually solicit for comments or make my readers comment, but I’m not going to deny the fact that seeing them take their time to comment makes me really happy and appreciated
TINA: I have been a silent reader for few months before taking the steps to comment..
Any words for silent readers?
HANA: I genuinely hope you appreciate my works. I appreciate the time you give into reading my stories
TINA: Do you read other yunjae fanfics? If yes name of the fanfic you loved?
HANA: oh yes. One of my all time favorites is aurorajuri’s song for you
TINA: Are you friends with any other author’s?
HANA: I am. My adorable friends
TINA: How do you make your stories standout when there are heaps of other stories with similar plot lines?
HANA: hmm, I make my stories as different as I could. With twists and turns and a dash of humor
TINA: Has anyone stole your story and published under their name?
HANA: yes. There is one I’m aware of (Chun choding, a yoosu fic). That person posted it on winglin along with other authors’ fics and made it look like a collection of her stories or something. We tried telling her to put it down but nah, she has quite the determination
TINA: Thoughts on others stealing your work?
HANA: just please don’t. It’s a waste of time and energy. Not just yours, but mine as well
TINA: How do you manage your time between your daily activities and updating stories?
HANA: I only write whenever I have a free time. Unless the story needs to be written ASAP
TINA: DO you have any favorite time of the day to write stories?
HANA: midnight. I’m a night person
MORE ABOUT THE STORIES:
TINA: Among so many pairings who do you like to write the most and the easiest pairing to write.
HANA: yunjae. They are my default pairing cos they suit a lot of characters
TINA: Please tell us about the locked fics..I really wanted to read boy meets boy yunjae ver-sion..reason behind your decision.
HANA:Omg i didn’t know you’d ask about this. I locked it for revision purposes, but I never really liked even the revised version so I just set it to private and eventually took it off my list
TINA: OFCOURSE I WOULD HAVE ASKED YOU THIS ..COZ IT’S THE REASON I FOUND YOU
TINA: Tell us few words about your ongoing fic chubby honey bunny...inspiration and thoughts executing this fic
HANA: Well, there’s nothing much to say, but it’s the easiest verse to write cos back when I started it, the inspirations just kept coming. I’ve always liked the idea of a chubby yunho that jae-joong loves and adores. I think it’s incredibly sweet and cavity-inducing
TINA: Let’s talk about strawberry milk.....few words on this hilarious fiction.
HANA:haha! All I had were pumps and chibi changmin tripping chibi junsu. Then yunho’s love for strawberry popped in my head. From those, ichigo mama was written
TINA: Few words on ongoing fics..And if u r sill active.
HANA: I consider myself still active, somewhat. I don’t plan to abandon my ongoing fics. It’s just that lately, I’ve been suffering from writer’s block so even when I’ve continued writing, I can’t seem to finish. Also, my previous laptop is broken and wouldn’t turn on. Most of my fanfics are there. Basically, there’s a chance that I won’t be able to retrieve 95% of my fics. Old and new ones which I’m supposed to post
ALL ABOUT
TINA: So tells us why are we so interested to read these taboo topics when it comes to yunjae?
HANA: that is something that makes me wonder as well. I’m all for when it comes to fics but I abso-lutely find it weird in real life. I guess it’s because it’s yunjae. Am I making any sense? I mean, we are all interested in yunjae so we take whatever the author throws our way. I don’t like fics, though. Specially jokes that are thrown around casually. I find it highly offensive
TINA: How difficult or easy is writing ?
HANA: harder than yunho. I don’t write . Never will. I tried it a few times and never again
TINA: Do you blush or get embarrassed while writing ?
HANA: nope. frankly, I don’t like anymore. I used to, but now I find myself scrolling past the
TINA: Have you ever watched GV before writing a scene? (U can choose to ignore this if u doesn’t want to answer)
HANA: I have for “future reference”, but who am I kidding. I never wrote what I watched
TINA: Thoughts after writing your first ever scene?
HANA: why am I doing this to myself?
TINA: Still writing or you stopped now?
HANA: stopped already
TINA: Future yunjae projects?
HANA: totally. There’s a few in the works
TINA: Have you anytime in future have plans on deleting your journal?
HANA: I would never.
TINA: Any words for the readers?
HANA: thank you so much! I would hug each and every one of you if I could. Your existence is greatly appreciated
