L's Thoughts: 

Surprise, suprise, it is angst, again. This one-shot is tragically beautiful that I had a hard time collecting myself after I read it. I remember wiping my snot and tears, knowing that I am screwed because I chose to read this hours before a test. And guess what! I actually had a hard time focusing on that test because I couldn’t get over this fic!  The setting is dated back to Japanese-Korean War, so expect it to be a little historical. What piqued my interest was how the story revolved around “Comfort Women” (I knew a little about it because my country was colonized by Japan before and tragic tales of helpless ladies being made comfort women were known). Be forewarned: there is/are character death/s. it’s in a war setting, so it’s expected. Flawlessly written. 4 stars and a shower of meteor from the Court of Dreams.
