Jemma    "How was school honey?" My mother asks, as I put away my backpack. "It was okay," I say, taking off the hairband from my hair, and shaking my curls. I mean it wasn't bad, besides being yelled at by my best friend, and having one of the schools most popular boys forcing you to sit with them at lunch. School was just dandy! Going to the library after school was okay also, if you enjoy cramming in revision and rewriting notes in neat from the rest of the day.    "Where's Junhong?" I ask, sitting down on one of the kitchen counters. "He's playing on his iPad or whatever he does on it, he's in his room." How Typical. "Your dad will be home soon, set the table for dinner please," I nod, hopping off of the counter I was sat at, and walked through into the dining room, sorting out the placemats and coasters, then going back into the kitchen for the bowls and cutlery. Damn Junhong, this is his job.   I place the plates on each placemat as the front door opens.  "I'm home!" A masculine voice yells from the entrance. "Good evening Jemma," my dad greets me, walking into the livingroom. He pulls me in for a hug, before kissing the side of my head. "Evening dad, how was work?" I ask. "It was the same old, where's your brother?" I open my mouth to speak, before loud steps come from the stairs, and a lanky pubescent boy comes running in, pushing me away from my dad and engulfing into a hug. "Hi dad," he smiles up at him, smiling brightly at him. "Hello to you too Junnie," he smiles back, messing up his hair. I swear both my parents treat him as if he's still 4 years old. I roll my eyes, as my mum walks in carrying 2 large bowls, and places them both on the table. "Good evening honey," she kisses him, wrapping her arm around his back. "Good evening sweetheart," dad reciprocates, kissing her forehead, whilst Junhong fake gags.    "Gross," he whispers, standing next to me. "Let them be, that'll be you, with whomever, in a few years," he shakes his head, giving me a look of disgust. "As if," he groans, running a hand through his hair. "As if what? What are you going to do when you have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Aren't you going to kiss them?" I ask, and he blushes. "Stop! I'm not kissing anyone!" He groans, burying his head in my arm. "For now," I chuckle, moving over to my seat at the table. "Junnie sit down, dinner's going to come through in a minute," mum's voice rings through the diningroom from the kitchen. He pouts, sitting down next to me, resting his cheek on his fist. "Your face is going to stay like that," I tease. He whips his head over to me, scowling before sticking his tongue out at me.    How old is he?  What a child!   I stick my tongue out at him, before our parents walk through, carrying in dinner. Pasta night!   Daehyun likes foreign food. Well, foreign to him. Hell, he just loves food. Boy he could eat. I smile a little, before eating my dinner. "How was school Jun?" Dad asks, sipping on his water. "It was okay," he says, food already on his face. I roll my eyes, wiping it off of his face, for the sake of my mental being. "We're getting mentors for transitioning into high school, they're Jemma's Seniors, Jongup and I are a pair, we'll be mentored by…what's his name…Bang something, I can't remember, "    Bang? I shake my head, brushing that thought out of my head before starting on my dinner.   "How was school for you Jemma?"  "School?" Dad nods, waiting for my answer. "School was okay,"  "Anybody give you any problems?"  "No sir," I shake my head, giving him a small smile. "Jemma," I turn my head to face my brother, "did you hear that new song by Chris brown? Jongup played it for me earlier, it's really good," I shake my head, raising my eyebrow. "I don't even like Chris brown," he tilts his head. "I thought you did, you always play his music when Daehyun comes over," I shake my head at him. "I don't like him, Daehyun does, so I listen to his stuff when he plays it," he nods, before resuming eating his dinner.    "Oh Jemma! there's a potential employee for the cafe and they fit the place well, I thought maybe you'd help train them on Saturday," I look up from my dinner and at my mum. "A girl or?" She shakes her head, putting down her cutlery. "No, his name is Himchan, he goes to the high school in the next town over, he's in the grade above you I think" she takes a sip of her juice. "So what do you think?" She asks, placing down the cup. "Okay," I reply, it's not like I had anything better to do. "T
