mina tan had problems. who doesn't? she was a disgrace, a lost cause. why? society 

being locked up away from the public eye, away from everything, with her mother. it wasn't her fault she was born into a rich family, it wasn't her fault that she couldn't fulfil the expectations of her father.

her father shut her out of the family, she still lived in the building of course. she wasn't disowned. no one just knew that she was apart of the family, no one knew that she was kim tan's sister, no one knew that she could've been something special. besides one.

everyone had a bestfriend. kim tan's was choi young do, the heir of the zeus hotel. 

kim tan and choi young do were basically inseparable, going everywhere together. even tans house.

so when mina tan and  choi young do meet, you could say that it was a shock. towards both of them. she tells him everything, everything. she tells him of her being his best friends sister to feeling like a disgrace.

and he felt some sort of responsibility to make it up to her. behind kim tans back.

the setting will be set before the drama "the heirs" so some of the characters will not be introduced in this book such as chan en sang. there will be a squel once this book is completed following the episodes of 'the heirs'.
