It is a beautiful night as he stares at the skies full of stars, the warm wind of summer hitting his skin, a little smile appears on his face as he keeps enjoying the feeling of tonight’s weather. Too bad, the ceremony is not to be held outside, but inside the big and elegant building in front of his eyes.

Kwon Jiyong, the once great idol GDragon and still starts walking his feet inside the building with his wife, Kiko Mizuhara, that refuses to change her name by putting his husband sure name, clutches his arms, her signature black short hair still set perfectly on its place though the wind trying to guide them to its destination.

Some other parents are following them behind, some are setting the dislike looks to that woman who once sharing the scandal with the Idol due to the fact that now it’s not an issue anymore. They are even have kid, a sixteen-year-old boy who tend to be the reason they come to this particular event.

Kiko sighs next to him as they finally reach the rows of chair. The front seats already been taken so Jiyong guides his wife towards the middle. When he starts with scanning the decorations, he notices some people; most of them are staring at their faces. Jiyong pulls his tie a little as he feels his throats dry in thirst, and anticipation.

“Why aren’t they outside yet?” Kiko whispers tensely, sitting down and folding her dress over her knees.

“They are probably just be getting ready.” Jiyong reassures her, a little to comfort her, as he knows how unsettled his wife had been all day. Long enough to get dressed, even longer to get herself to their car. He knows she is not ready yet to face the world.

Everyone has already taken seats by now. And there is the MC starts talking few words before finally the front door of Seoul International High School is opened and long lines of graduates walking inside towards the stage.

Jiyong quickly catches the sight of his son, standing out with his pale face and full lips, it is so his wife, except his eyes, his signature brown and deep eyes. His face is assortment of happiness, serenity and anticipation. Kwon Jiwon finds his parents quite quickly and gives them a wink. Jiyong lets out his pride smile; even Kiko has to blink her tears away.

During the headmaster’s speech, Jiyong always trying to find what the mistake of the speech is by commenting it every second. Kiko squeezes his hand to stop when she notices few eyes are on her husband. Jiyong takes a deep breath as he  can’t help it; it is his latest tactic to push away his thought he is not supposed to think at first. But even as he tries hard, her figure never leaves his mind.  Is she here?

Jiyong is deep in his thought before his wife sighs in surprise. Jiyong turns to his wife and follows her eyes, lands to his son and a pretty young girl besides him with her chubby cheeks, plump lip and doe eyes. With that face in front of his eyes, Jiyong feels his stomach turns again. This must be Jisoo.

So, he thinks that she must be here. Jiyong is seized by a terrible desire to turn his head and stare at everyone sitting behind him, for she is not in any seats ahead. He should have placed himself and Kiko in the back row so he has the opportunity to find her.

His urge of searching her is stopped when the headmaster finisher his speech and the MC starts to call names. Jiyong finds himself clutching Kiko’s hand when Jiwon name is called out. He doesn’t care about the mutters around him, expressing shock when they see the great GDragond and his wife Kiko Mizuhara are standing with proud; all he cares is that it is his boy that finally ending this phase of life and ending it greatly before entering the next.

“Kim Jisoo!”

The girl steps forward, and it is then that Jiyong hears her. She is setting behind him, perhaps five rows back, but her happy sob is so recognizable like she is setting in Kiko’s seat. When Jiyong comes back to see the stage, he sees Jisoo exchanging hug with his son. Jiyong and Kiko exchange glance.

Name after name being called and when it’s finally done, everyone scrambles to their feet to find their child. Jiwon searches his parents quickly. Jiyong takes hold of his son with great affection, trying to express in his hug what he could not express in words, while Kiko in the other side caressing her son’s hair.

“Mommy, please.” Jiwon laughs, fighting off her hand. Kiko doesn’t seem to know what to say, her son truly sentimental like his father, and his mother obviously.

“You better celebrate with your friends for a bit. But remember, just an hour and we off to dinner, okay? Your mom is not comfortable to stay any longer here.” Jiyong says laughing.

“Do you want to meet any of them?” Jiwon asks, looking over his shoulders at his friends that are waiting for him.

“I’m not sure your mom would like to.” Jiyong says eyeing Kiko who looking a little mad of him for he always brings her to every situation.

“Stop it baby, do not bring me up.” Kiko exclaims with distaste in her tone. She softens her expressions. “Jiwon honey, that girl that you hugged…”

“Is just a friend.” Jiwon says looking over at Jisoo who is chatting with her friend. Jiyong watches his son closely as his expression changes. “Kim Jisoo, the smartest graduate. Well apart from me of course.” Jiwon grins in a cocky way, just like his father.

“Well then, I gotta go. I meet you later Dad, Mom.” Jiwon says as he kisses both of them. Jiyong nods and watches his son joins his friends. Jiyong looking his son reaches and pulls out jisoo out of her conversation, but she shakes her head and points in another direction. Jiyong’s eyes settle on the place she is pointing at, only to land on the figure he has been tracing in his mind for long years.

Park Bom who now bearing his husband name, Kim Bom has aged well. But in Jiyong’s eyes she is still the same. She has her beautiful long wavy brown hair. She is wearing a very smart blue dress. Jiyong’s heart skips a beat as the feeling of how much he misses her. It is something like an ache that he can’t define like more than anything else, he longs, burns and wants to hug and touch her. In few seconds of seeing her for the first time in years, he is certain that there is nothing he would not give to have the opportunity to take her in his arms and hold on tight.

One tall and handsome boy, taller than Bom, standing beside her, perhaps one or two years older than Jiwon, he can tell he is her son as he looks so close to her, or the way he puts his hand on Bom’s arm. But he is not much more like Bom. Jiyong’s stomach clutches even harder, and for the first time that day he feels a little sick. The features of the boy is quite defined with eyes, nose and lips like that, he is sure he is nothing like Kim Jaejoong, Park Bom’s husband. There is a happy expression on his face as the crazy thought comes to his mind. The boy must be mine.
