HN’s POV

“Yeobo?” I heard someone called. “I’m home.”

Crap!!! Jiyong’s already home!

“Where are you?” he asked in a louder voice.

“W-wait for me downstairs!” I yelled as finished making the bed.

“Why? What are you doing?” he asked and opened the door just when I was about to exit.

“Nothing. I just finished arranging the toiletries that was messed up because of the wind. You forgot to close the windows this morning.” I told him and pulled him to go back down stairs.

“Really? Sorry about that. Let’s eat.”

Phew. That was close.

That was the usual routine that I have since I was really on a rush every morning because of work. It was a good thing Jiyong is coming home late this past few days and I’m not rushing into cleaning things.

But something unexpected happened. We had an emergency meeting at the office and Jiyong called me to say that he’s on his way home.

I was totally out of focus at the meeting since I’m thinking about the mess at home.

As soon as I got off my work, I ran down to hail a cab.

I know Jiyong’s temper. He would totally go ballistic if he sees the house that way.

I was uneasy the whole ride home.

Maybe I should tell him that Gaho did all the mess?

Or a burglar came?

Argh!!!

When the cab stopped and I went out, I eyed Jiyong’s car. Sheesh.

Slowly, I opened the main door and slipped myself in. I was expecting to step into something, the rag perhaps. But I didn’t. The whole living room is spic and span. The shoes are back to their racks and the appliances are unplugged.

What happened?

“Jiyong…?” I called as I make my way upstairs to our room. As I open the door, I saw him making the bed, with a broom in his arm. “Ji…”

He turned around as he heard me. i don’t want to look at is eyes because I’m scared.

I’m ready to hear everything from him…

Please, not to loud… or…

I waited, but he said nothing. Gosh, silent treatment is worst that any verbal or physical thing!

“Ji…” I called in pleading voice and hugged him from the back. “Sorry… sorry I wasn’t able to clean everything, that’s why I was always asking you to go and get me something before going home most of the times because it would buy me more time to clean the house. I’m sorry Ji… I know you don’t want a dirty place…”

He remained silent after i said my piece. “Ji…”

I then felt him dismantle my arms around him. He’s mad. He’s really mad. =.=

“Ji…”

The next thing I knew, I was facing Jiyong and my face was cupped in his hands, forcing me to look up at him. But I refused to look at him.

“Look at me Hanee.” He softly commanded. But I still refused. “Yeobo-ah… look at me...”

I finally looked at him with my pleading eyes.

“I’m not mad. Okay? I was just shocked when I got home. But I’m not mad.” He then planted a kiss on my forehead and hugged me closer. “If you want, we can get a housekeeper so you won’t have to rush home and clean.”

“Okay…”

“That was the reason why at night, you sleep like a log.” He said and smiled. “Don’t worry, next week, you’ll have enough rest and I would have my moment.” He teased and planted another kiss.

“Yeobo, this is Lee Ajumma.” Jiyong introduced the middle aged housekeeper that arrived that day.

“Hello Ajumma. Nice to meet you.” I greeted with a smile and she just looked at me from head to toe. Awkward…

“She is our housekeeper back at home. And my mom said we can take Ajumma with us.” he stated and smiled.

His mom’s housekeeper? Crap. should I be scared?

Maybe getting a housekeeper is not a good idea, especially when the one that we got is his mom’s…
