Mistake (Heartbreak Hotel)
Description
He watched her from afar just like she did. She thought he didn't notice, but he did. Everything she did, he noticed. And every once in a while, when she turns her head towards his way at the right time, they would lock eyes and they would have a moment. But then he remembers, so he looks away as if he didn't see her. As if everything never happened. But he knows it all happened. Because it's been far too long since someone made him feel this way....
Foreword
She walked in shyly, head down, and movements small. A new face, he thought. The club didn't look like her usual scene. She looked too out of place. But she was interesting, so he watched.
She makes a mistake that makes everyone stop and stare at her.
She fidgets then lowers herself to clean up the broken pieces of glass, when he swoops in and takes her hand and leads her away to a table.
She smiles thankfully and introduces herself.
And that's where he felt it.
This girl is special and he knew he was just going to make a mistake.
