Ok so first off, for the title, please replace the word application with your name, stage name if you have one, and then remove the part that says turn in.

For your intro, you have listed your name wrong. It should be your surname on top, and your first name underneath.

Your nicknames are pretty fine. For languages, please put how fluent you are. Semi-fluent, fluent, conversational, etc. Appearance, fashion is fine. Your faceclaim, Soyu, is too old though. And apologies for not being a SISTAR fan, so please tell me if the picture here is wrong. Apologies. I accidentally put the wrong Soyu, haha. Sorry about that. Your other faceclaim, on the other hand, does not look chinese at all. Please change your faceclaims.

For personality, please explain all the traits that you have listed, otherwise remove some traits. Also, 'tainted' isn't a personality, so please change that.
