Taecyeon was split the way with Jungkook to surround the suspicious man. He finds him and luckily, he is faster enough to catch him. The man was resisted, he delivers punches into Taecyeon when Taecyeon dodged it very well. He successfully pinned down him when Jessica suddenly popped out

“What are you doing? Are you playing superhero by yourself?”

Being distracted, the man punches Taecyeon’s jaw which makes he stumbled. There’s blood on his mouth and the suspicious man was running away

“Thanks to your kind heart, Jessica” said Taecyeon sarcastically. For this time like this, he has the big question about why woman always uses their heart first and not thinking rationally. Jessica muttered sorry with no sound while Taecyeon chases again, leaving Jessica behind. Luckily, Jungkook was good enough for catching him and pinning him down.

“Great job, Jungkook” said Taecyeon as he grabs the man’s hand.

“What will you do?” Jessica asked

“I’ll take him to my apartment and we will play NBA games all the day”

“Taec… please”

“Of course taking him into police station”

“Oh okay, just I won’t see you being rude to him”

“Don’t worry” said Taecyeon mockingly “I know what should I do next”

“Great job, very great! You are amazing!” Gary clasped his hands when Jessica and Taecyeon back to the office

“You did well” Taeyeon added

“I hope you guys can rest well because you will have something to do”

“What?” both of them raise their eyebrows

“Writing the report for shareholders meeting which is holding before Blanc & Eclare Anniversary Party”

“Sir, the party is tomorrow” said Taecyeon

“Yeah, that’s why” Gary smiled “I trust you guys”

Jessica left Gary’s room with soft groaned, signed that she’s not okay with the task. Suddenly, she remembers about Taecyeon’s wound last time

“Uh, Taec…”

“What?” Taecyeon stopped in the middle

“Are you okay?” Jessica asked in Korean which make Taecyeon slowly tugging a little smile

“I’m okay, just little wound and I hope it will not swell”

“I hope” Jessica walks away when Taecyeon stops her in the middle

“I think, your Korean is good”

“Not your business”

“Yah!”

“Don’t whine, we must have done our task before tomorrow”

Kind of slumber party, Jessica and Taecyeon must be a sleepover at the office because their report has to be done before tomorrow afternoon. Jessica was busy whining when Taecyeon decided to ignore her.

“Gosh Jessica, could you please stop your whine?” Taecyeon scrubs his hair in frustration

“You can use your earphone” said Jessica coldly which make Taecyeon rolled his eyes

Almost midnight, suddenly someone knocked the door. It’s Krystal, Jessica’s little sister who brought some food for them with a wide grin.

“Hi Sis!” she jogged happily “Hello, Taec Oppa”

“Hi” Taecyeon smiled, he still remembers how the little Jung more friendly than her older sister. They talked a lot when Taecyeon drove Jessica home last time.

“What is it?” Jessica takes a peek into Krystal’s belonging

“Pizza! Dad told me for bringing this and I guess both of you were hungry. Also, I bought you coffee. Latte for you and Americano for Taec Oppa. I’m sorry I don’t know your taste so I decided to buy Americano, is it okay?”

“It’s okay, Krystal” said Taecyeon “You don’t need to think of me too much”

“How come I just bought for my sister while you also have extra work for now” Krystal laughing softly which make Jessica faked a cough because feeling ignored “Oops, I think I have to go home because it’s too late”

“Are you drive by yourself?” Jessica asked, and once again her Korean makes Taecyeon raise his head from his laptop. Also, hearing those concern from Jessica is kind of rare.

“Nope, I’m with Dad’s driver, Bill”

“He is new?”

“Yeah, just work for one week” Krystal hugged her sister “I’ll see you soon, Sis. Take care”

“Always I am, Soojung-ah”

“I gotta go, see you soon too Oppa” Krystal waves her hand to Taecyeon before closes the door

“I saw you are so friendly with my little sister, are you seeing her?” suddenly Jessica asked when they already back into their work

“Huh? I just find she is friendly” said Taecyeon doesn’t bother to raise his eyes from laptop

“I talk to you”

“What again, Jessica?”

“Look at the eyes when someone talking to you, Mr. Ok”

Taecyeon can feel slight annoyance on Jessica’s tone. Instead of barking, he huffing seeing Jessica’s attitude. The princess indeed has been spoiled on her entire life.

“Jessica, let’s stop our argument. We have to finish this one”

“Okay okay”

After almost 2 hours with no argument, Taecyeon drifts his eyes and finds Jessica already sleep. She buried her face in her folded arms above the table when her laptop still on.

“Aigoo” Taecyeon approaches her and sees that her report was done. He looks at the clock and it’s already 2 AM. He was about to back into his seat when Jessica’s mumble catches his attention
